We had a lovely time. Stayed over with my pet dog for a couple of days. Della gave clear arrival instructions and the site was lovely, peaceful and private. Della was always available quickly to respond to any questions. House was clean, bright and very welcoming and offered more room then you would expect from outside. It was the little touches that made it extra special. Fresh flowers, tea, coffee & milk provided as well as a little welcome chocolate cake. Yum! Bedding and towels provided were clean, soft and the beds very comfortable. Toiletries provided too! There was no TV but this is in the description and wasn't a problem. Just take a laptop or something instead as Wifi available. The little yard was clean and a little heat trap. The beach is only a 5 min walk away. Most shops are within easy reach by car as well as the beautiful scenery. I thoroughly recommend staying here and would love to return when I visit friends in this area again.

Pebble Lodge is a delight for a stay of any duration. Clean, airy, yet cosy and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a sunny back garden - that basks in sun all day and evening! It’s situated in a brilliant location, close to the beach and all the amenities in the lovely village of Ferring. And Helen, is absolutely fabulous to deal with. Communication is swift, she’s accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had a fantastic couple of months stay. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Pebble Lodge to any guests.

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

the accommodation is amazing - the home is built to a high standard around the disused railway carriage and right on top of the shingle beach, with spectacular views over to the sea. Very very comfortable, clean and there was everything we needed. Beds very very comfortable. The home is really beautiful and so cleverly designed.

Spacious house on a quiet street just 2 minutes from the beach, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful location for people that love the sea and want to benefit from its calming presence, watching the tides go in and out, listening and seeing the sea birds and watching the sunset every night. The house is exactly as described and the wood burning stove a cosy treat when it gets a bit chillier at night. (We stayed late March and it was lovely, bright sunny weather) Whatever the weather, there is plenty of space outside to relax and also a comfy sofa to watch the sea from behind the wide floor to ceiling windows if it’s too windy/rainy to sit outside. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and plenty of fridge/freezer space. Thank you Chris for a wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Mike's. It was stylish, but also quiet and comfortable and an ideal base for exploring the area and visiting friends nearby. Highly recommended 🙂

We had a lovely stay at Simon and Sharon's place. It was a well equipped and bright bungalow and wonderfully situated, right on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather although early October, and had some good walks along the beach to Pevensey Bay. A delightful mini break. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou 🙏🏼

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

This is a great place to stay with a street EV charger across the road and if that doesn't work another on Wish (other side of green park). Clean everywhere with comfortable touches to make our stay pleasant. Bathroom smallish but large walk-in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed and coffee/tea supplied, milk on request. Walkable and easy bus access into Hove/Brighton. 5 minutes away by car (15 minutes walk) is a neighborhood Shopping area with upscale butchers and big produce/health food store next door to butchers. These were a gem to find! Green park across the road would be great place to take kids for fun or to walk dogs. Beach was about 1/3 mile down the street.

Paul and Stephen were the most caring and thoughtful hosts imaginable, and their Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The decked-out kitchen, the very comfortable living room, all the handy gadgets like the air purifier, the coffee machine and the adjustable shower head, were all so amazing. There is everything you could possibly want and more. The care and pride that Paul and Stephen have towards their guests and Airbnb is clearly shown through their amazing communication and very helpful guidebooks, which they had obviously put their heart and soul into. We were really touched through our stay by how thoughtful and attentive they both were. They put all our worries at ease, and checked in on us when they saw us in passing to ensure our stay was up to our expectations. We also admired how eco-friendly the Lodge is run, with all the solar panels and other considerations that are made. Our stay has just been wonderful as our first getaway alone as a couple. Thank you for everything! :)

Peaceful place with massive private garden. All bedrooms on the ground floor which is quite convenient. We enjoyed the nature and the fireplace is a great addition! If you plan to cook, bring salt, oil etc.

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. But more than that the hosts were so welcoming, the communications fantastic and they went above and beyond. They put so many lovely touches in with the house and everything was so well thought out. I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail was fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful two night stay. Katy and Bryan were lovely hosts, and we very much enjoyed the freshly-baked bread and home-made jam. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the cabin was charming and comfortable. We will be returning!

A lovely place, with beautiful scenery. Clean and well set up. Will definitely stay again if in the neighbourhood. Easy check in and great directions.

Lovely property. We stayed here upon returning from a cruise in Southampton on Friday, prior to a flight back to the USA on Saturday. Paul met us at the door and provided helpful instructions related to our planned London daytrip. The house is comfortable with thoughtful furnishings. Host provided bread, milk, butter, croissants, and jam for a morning breakfast prior to our departure to Gatwick. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to explore the grounds since we returned from London late in the evening and had to leave early the next day to check in for our flight. House is very interesting with lots of history and back story. We would love to stay again and have more time to explore the local neighborhoods and talk to Paul and Jane!
