We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and we would have no hesitation in coming back again.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay at Spring Farm. Our group of 10 friends were looking for a cozy countryside escape. The house is spacious and full of charm. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and there were plenty of communal spaces for us to relax, either in the large living room by the fire, around the dining table enjoying meals together or having a swim. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking for a large group easy. A great time all round.

What a beautiful home!! The house is spacious, very clean and delightfully well equipped. The thought and care down to the little details makes this a unique and very special place stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to come back again next year! Thank you very much!

Had an amazing stay at Jane’s Old Stable on the farm. We received instructions on how to find the place beforehand and it was easy to find. The property has great views from the bedroom, was clean and had everything you needed for a stay including coal and wood for cooking outside. It was nice to admire the views and animals with a cup of tea sitting in the front garden in the morning. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside, and toasting marshmallows whilst looking at the stars. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool toys for them to play with. They enjoyed reading the books, playing games both inside and in the outdoor games room. We got to feed the fishes in the stream, stroke the horses, learn about the bantam hens and the kids even collected a freshly laid egg with Jane which was amazing. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and each time Jane was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would highly recommend a stay.

Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Wow is all I can say.... The photos didn't do this amazing property as much justice as it deserved!! Booked for 3 nights for My daughters Hen party with the family .. Marika was so helpful letting me chk in earlier so I could prepare the Villa for my daughters arrival.. She was readily available if we needed her.. We had just the most amazing stay and DEFINITELY will be booking again ..( Luckily for us we only live 10mins away) ...

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

Great house to stay in whole visiting the city, it is very central and perfect for getting to most places. 3 main rooms but flexible with amount of beds available

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a fantastic weekend away! The place exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos. Spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and incredible wildlife—we even spotted baby deer and foxes running through the fields, which made the experience even more special. Our host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, it was reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for more!

What a great location set in a tree lined private estate. The house and garden were in the perfect place to enjoy the area and make the most of the great weather. The garden, trampoline and other toys were particularly enjoyed by our granddaughter. Whilst only just around the corner the high street felt miles away from the privacy of the area. Thank you.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!
