We had a lovely long-weekend stay at Jodie’s along with our family, including grandchildren. The house was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Our two year old grandson was thrilled with the array of toys: so much so that he wasn’t too keen to go out! But venture out we did - walks along the sea front and into the surrounding countryside, and then cosy evenings back at the house in front of a log fire. Perfect way to spend family time.

The house sits on a beautiful beach which is peaceful and unspoiled. Wonderful views day and night. The house has everything we needed for our stay.

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

We had a lovely stay at the bungalow. The views are gorgeous and there is also a lovely front garden (photos don't do it justice!). The sun deck is great and we often sat outside watching the sun set in the rocking chair - bliss! It's a perfect location for the beach, the Sussex countryside, Lewes, Brighton etc & Saltdean Lido which is beautiful. Peter was so responsive and helpful and when we had an issue with the shower, he arrived in 10 minutes and fixed everything. He was so friendly and gave us details of places to visit etc. We would love to visit again.

Really nice place, very clean and great amenities. I loved the character of the property. As others have said the property is on a main A road into town and so you can hear traffic, including from the hot tub (but turn the bubbles up and noise disappears 👌). We parked on the parallel side street and that worked well. A footpath from the house straight into Hastings Country park is amazing!!! We love this area and within an hour (even with an 8 year old) we were down at Fairlight Glen beach.

Great stay at the mini barn - Very clean and had no issues throughout the stay - Felt right at home. Great local tips and communication from Romy. The hot water was easily reset under the sink & Romy was super helpful with locating the button - Only had to press this once during the week. Definitely would recommend for a short break away with sunrise/set views.

Situated just yards from the beach, Susie’s place was the perfect place to stay in Hastings. The house was full of character and interesting features. We especially appreciated the wonderful bedding and the comfortable beds.

A great place to come and stay easy to find really good.Carol was a amazing host very welcoming from start to finish and very helpful though out are stay. Very comfy beds loads of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Mary was really helpful and welcoming on arrival and the cottage was pristine inside and out and in a wonderful country setting. The instruction booklet was clear and covered everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had the most perfect stay at Little Hawthorn. The space and the scenery were absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and spotless, the bed very comfortable and there was everything there you could possibly need! The views were stunning and it was so peaceful, we haven’t slept that well in so long! Gary was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed and not to hesitate to ask if we had any problems etc. We had such a wonderful time and were very sad to leave but I’m sure we’ll be back at some point!
