Estoy sin palabras para describir que todo fue perfecto, snacks, café todo lo que podes necesitar cuando llegas, el lugar es muy bello, frente a la Manhattam, a toda hora un paisaje increíble, ojalá mi reseña te ayude a decir por qué este es el lugar perfecto para ir en familia o en pareja. En 5 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad con una parada de bus frente al depto. Hermoso lugar

L'appartement est agréable et les lits confortables. La vue sur Manhattan depuis la fenêtre du salon est juste incroyable. C'est très facile d'accéder à New York en 15/20mn par des bus directs qui passent régulièrement à 2 pas ou via le ferry. Notre hôte a toujours été amical, disponible et réactif lors de nos échanges. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le quartier et la vue sur Manhattan. Valérie est très réactive dans sa communication, les instructions etaient claires.Le logement était très propre décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il y avait des petites attentions pour nous, bouteilles d’ eaux snack… les lits étaient plus que confortables, j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi. L’accès à Manhattan très facile avec le ferry ou le bus juste en face du logement. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et utilisé Airbnb et c’est mon top des logements rapport qualité prix. C’est certain que c’est la place que je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai pour mon prochain séjour. Merci Valérie

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir hatten genug Platz. Unsere Töchter haben auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen. Vlad bot netterweise noch eine zusätzliche Matratze an, die unsere Töchter aber nicht genommen haben. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist der ideale Startpunkt um von Jersey City New York City zu erkunden. Wenn man vom hecktischen New York zur Yorkstreet 333 zurück kommt, ist es genau die Ruhe die wir uns gewünscht haben. Es war unsere erste Reise nach New Jersey/New York und sollten wir wiederkommen, werden wir versuchen bei Vlad unterzukommen. Liebe Grüße Frank, Karolin, Mia und Romy.

Pros: Great for those who want to explore NYC without paying city prices to stay. Each room had AC, place was spacious, and the skyline view a street over was gorgeous! Bus stop was around the corner, or close walk to ferry to get into NYC. Local stores/ coffee were a short walk away. Parking pass for free parking was a huge bonus. Con: Beds/ pillows were not comfortable, but fine for just a couple nights sleep.

Everything about the house was amazing, Manuel was very responsive from the time I booked to the time I checked out. The house was clean and was nice inside and out . Only thing is that I wish at least one of the rooms had a TV, but the TV in the living room worked and everything WiFi connection was up to par as well . I will definitely be booking again .

John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

Logement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé niveau cuisine, 3 chambres avec literies très confortable, aucun bruit, Bonne situation pour le logement qui est situé à 20 mn de port authority avec le bus 127 juste a coté du logement, environ toutes les heures, Parfait pour un séjour pour visiter New York

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

place was as described. havi g the separate room downstairs was perfect for friends who wanted privacy. only issues...no mugs, glasses, cooking utensils, plates available in downstairs room which was equipped with a small kitchenette. if u are concerned with someone above u...it can be a bit noisy from upstairs especially during our sleeping hours as those guests came in very late at night. the kitchen upstairs could use some cleaning sorting of the drawers as the contents were dirty and jumbled and hard to see what was available to share with the downstairs unit

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

맨하튼 대비 합리적인 가격으로 편안하게 머물 수 있는 곳입니다. 두 개의 역 사이에 위치하여 어떤 곳을 가더라도 쉽게 이동이 가능했습니다. 여러 집기들과 공용 주방 또한 편리하게 사용할 수 있어, 무서운 뉴욕 물가를 방어하기 위한 식비도 절약할 수 있었습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 머물길 기대합니다.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
