Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

Great place. Clean and in a nice neighborhood. Guest bed for 2 was a bit tight but worked. Wife slept on the pull out bed. Easy check and check out. Quiet neighborhood and close to the basketball tournament we attended.

Great little spot. Everything was as described. The kitchen doses and silverware were put away dirty but this was likely the result of the last Yemenis. Bedrooms and bathrooms weee spotless. Enjoyed the heated pool n February.

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

Nice quiet canal, very close to the hospital hole if that’s the area you are in search of. We like kayaking on the quieter private canals, and it’s also very close for that. Beautiful top deck, wrap around enclosed porch - another enclosed area right on top of the water to keep the bugs away while you enjoy company. We had an unexpected one hour lightning and thunder show, we enjoyed it comfortably from that space. Easy launch for kayaks. The host was so kind to leave snacks, water, full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which seems simple, but we have not been lucky enough to find in other places we’ve rented.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

Tabatha’s place was very nice the neighborhood was quiet. We had a very short stay, but we were able to enjoy the floating dock one night. Beautiful for star gazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you

absolutely loved the stay, very private area. we loved the pool and spent most of our time at the house.

We needed a toaster and they bought a new one right a way. Unfortunately the doors to both washrooms are not very wide and we had to remove the doors to enter with my walker. Overall the place was great and very spacious. We made a few recommendations to have more dishes and to provide a dish towel for the next guests and she said she would. We had a great stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We frequently stay in this area and this house has taken the top spot. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Every little detail was thought of!

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

We had a wonderful time. The home worked very well for our family (5 adults and 3 kids). My 5 y.o. son now loves Foosball and all 3 kids are begging mom and dad for a pool 🤣 The house had everything we needed and then some. We're already planning a return trip to Tarpon next spring break and are definitely considering staying again!

House is very nice, exactly as described. The house has everything you would need and think of. It was not lacking any amenities. The host was very friendly and responsive.
