We had a great stay at Karen's place in Zephyrhills. I appreciated Karen's responsiveness to my pre-visit questions and to the seamless check-in process. The home was nicely laid out for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and pods), lots of towels and linens, and fast internet made for an excellent stay.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

This was by far the most accommodating host we've ever stayed with. He even went so far as to purchase a packn play so my son would have somewhere to sleep and we wouldn't have to check one. The space was clean and suited our needs perfectly. we would certainly look to stay here again when we come back to visit family.

We had an amazing two-night stay at Danielle’s place in Hudson! The space was clean, stylish, and super cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Danielle was a thoughtful host, and the location made it easy to explore all the best parts of town. Would definitely stay again!

My family loved the house. My wife is really pick with cleaning and for the first time she loved everything, even the smell of clean sheets. We love the space, it was perfect for our big family. Totally recommend!!!!!!

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.

It was definitely an older house with minor blemishes but very well maintained and while the handyman was fixing the shower I noticed a broken metal flashing by the sliding glass door leading in from the pool and told the kids to be careful. He overheard and fixed it too! The pool was very nice and the layout of the house and yard was great. 10/10 would recommend!

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

We came as a group of 8, 2 parents and 6 teenagers to celebrate our daughters 16th bday. The space is perfect for what we needed and everyone had their own space. Super easy check in! Timothy is very pleasant and helpful! We will be back to stay.

Second time I have stayed here and love it every time. Super comfortable and love the atmosphere. My dog and I loved the big yard!! Hope to come back next year!!

You really can’t go wrong with this cabin. It’s woodsy and quiet, quite quaint! It’s close to restaurants and stores. Kayleigh and Mike are very friendly. My husband and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this cabin for romantic getaway as well.

Great house and a great long weekend! This is a beautiful new home on a lovely canal off the Gulf of Mexico! Gorgeous sunsets from the back porch, with great views and wonderful bird watching. The house had everything our group of seven adults needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well decorated, comfy, clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and pillows, the beds were obviously new and quite firm. The hosts are next door and very responsive and super nice. I don’t know that we’ll have another occasion to stay near Hudson, but if we did we would absolutely stay here again! The area has some good restaurants, great water access, and is only 45 minutes from Tampa.
