Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Two couples (70’s) rented. There are stairs but it wasn’t an issue. The house was clean, very well stocked, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean with plenty of seating. The deck overlooking the pool and canal/bay had plenty of seating and a grill, and the views/sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for walking to great bars/restaurants/ shopping, and for our daily morning walks. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Lyndsay was very responsive and we will rent again! Loved the place!

The house is great. Very spacious and clean. Just a heads up the pool is not heated. To their credit, they don’t advertise a heated pool, which was my mistake. Overall the house is a lot of fun and we had a great time. There is not a ton to do in the area, but is a quick drive to neighboring excursions. Great place for larger families and would stay again.

I would 100% rebook with this house. My family and I walked in and felt so excited. The pictures were exactly what we hoped for. There were many compliments from my family that the couch & beds were super comfortable, kitchen, refrigerator, and bathrooms were very clean, and the prepared necessities were a generous touch. Shampoo, conditioners, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, games, towels for the pool etc. It felt like our home away from home. The owner was very friendly, responsive, & helpful with any/all questions asked. We loved this home and the stay. Sad to go, but we will be back! (1 week stay)

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

Great stay will book again

It was definitely an older house with minor blemishes but very well maintained and while the handyman was fixing the shower I noticed a broken metal flashing by the sliding glass door leading in from the pool and told the kids to be careful. He overheard and fixed it too! The pool was very nice and the layout of the house and yard was great. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

Aldo’s place was such a pleasant serene experience. He was so communicative. He was positive and welcoming and the perfect host. He found out it was birthday and left me a beautiful gift. I enjoyed my stay immensely. If you want an attentive host, an immaculate space, privacy, and feel right at home, book this AirBnB. I definitely will be visiting again. As a single woman, I felt safe and well cared for by Aldo. I was able to work and relax. The mattress is so comfortable, the water temperature was perfect, and the coffee bar was a wonderful added touch. Thank you Aldo!

great property and Mark communicated very well

Stayed at Attila’s place for my daughter’s spring tennis camp. Condo was clean and as shown in the photos. Kitchen had all the utensils and silverware to cook a proper meal. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary Keurig cups which I used everyday, thank you. There was no dishwasher detergent and Attila had it delivered same day even though he was out of the country on vacation. Also I needed an iron to iron an outfit I was going to wear that evening and Attila had it delivered same day, though mailman delivered it to the wrong unit and I didn’t get it till the next morning. Regardless, Attila made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and have some of the best rain shower heads that I have ever used. Maybe I am from California and our shower heads are capped at a lower flow rate, but Attila’s shower heads were the highlight of my stay. Already booked a month in the summer for tennis camp just because of the shower heads.

Angelisse was a great host. The suite/apartment looked just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and pristine! I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Jim is a great host. We stayed In Jim properties many times and always had positive experiences.

Very clean condo. Francis and Brad were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only thing we needed was for the water filter to be replaced on the refrigerator, and Brad was there within the hour to replace it.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

This property was our home away from home for about a week. Rich was very responsive as a host and the unit was in a nice neighborhood away from traffic, yet quickly accessible to restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, and gas stations.
