Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Hosts were responsive and condo was comfortable and well equipped

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

A perfect spot! We loved using the kayaks to explore the river. While relaxing in the Adirondack chairs we saw so much wildlife, including dolphins. We ate breakfast outside every day while watching the sunrise. We thoroughly explored the area beaches and restaurants each day, but we equally enjoyed returning back to this little piece of paradise.

Stayed at Attila’s place for my daughter’s spring tennis camp. Condo was clean and as shown in the photos. Kitchen had all the utensils and silverware to cook a proper meal. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary Keurig cups which I used everyday, thank you. There was no dishwasher detergent and Attila had it delivered same day even though he was out of the country on vacation. Also I needed an iron to iron an outfit I was going to wear that evening and Attila had it delivered same day, though mailman delivered it to the wrong unit and I didn’t get it till the next morning. Regardless, Attila made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and have some of the best rain shower heads that I have ever used. Maybe I am from California and our shower heads are capped at a lower flow rate, but Attila’s shower heads were the highlight of my stay. Already booked a month in the summer for tennis camp just because of the shower heads.

Once again, an excellent experience! Jim really made us feel at home and ensured that we were totally up to speed on the events and access to the property. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit!

Osbyel was an absolutely fantastic host—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. You can really tell that Osbyel cares about his guests' comfort. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. He was also quick to respond to any questions and genuinely wanted to ensure I had a great experience. It was a pleasure staying at a place managed by someone as thoughtful and dedicated as Osbyel. Highly recommend him as a host!

We needed a place to stay befor moving abroad. The house was fully equipped for a longer stay. Kristen made sure everything was available from dish detergent to lots of towels and extra bedding. The neighborhood was quiet and it had a nice playground. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. Kristen was always reachable. Everything was very clean.

Great place to unwind, plenty of space, spotless, and I didn't see a single bug, love the enclosed screens. Everything worked, there was everything I needed and more, great hosts, great place, felt at home instantly.

There are so many wonderful things about this home, it is hard to pick where to start. I have stayed in several Airbnb homes in the Hudson area and this one by far was the very best. William and Diane are truly amazing to work with, very responsive to questions prior and during my stay. They made me feel like my comfort and happiness was the utmost important. Attention to all the little details in this home was totally over the top. All the hard work they do to make this home lovely can certainly be felt. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The newly renovated bathroom was beautiful and there was plenty of towels. The located is perfect, only a short boat ride to the gulf, several restaurants in the area are a short drive, and an ice cream shop just a walk down the street. The fire pit in the back yard, the kayaks and boat docks were a wonderful addition to an already lovely home. I will definatel be staying in this home again next year.

We stayed there last March and nothing has changed even after the storm last year the place looks the same and Larry was very helpful, no disappointments I highly recommend Sun Wild adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Our family had a great stay at this house and we really enjoyed the accessibility to the islands with the pontoon boat.

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

Tabatha’s place was very nice the neighborhood was quiet. We had a very short stay, but we were able to enjoy the floating dock one night. Beautiful for star gazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Great location with beautiful views of the Gulf! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living space comfortable. We really appreciated the flexible check in and responsiveness of our host, Tara. Our stay here was lovely and very memorable. Highly recommend!!

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!
