We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a little hard to find, but Anna was very helpful and walked us through it when we needed assistance. I highly recommend this property! Next time I will stay longer & explore.

We absolutely loved our stay. After a slight hiccup at check-in, our host was very responsive and took care of all our requests quickly. The house was perfect for our needs and our dog loved the backyard. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay for our Round Top trip.

Beautiful place! No need to worry about forgetting anything because the house had everything you could possibly need! Reid was very responsive, answered all our questions and took care of any issues we had. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, fishing and kayaking! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had an incredible experience staying at Monica’s Airbnb. She was an excellent host, always quick to answer questions and incredibly helpful. The property itself was stunning, with beautiful land offering epic sunrises and sunsets. I hosted a healing retreat with 16 people, and we all absolutely loved it. The home was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable, everyone felt well rested and at peace. The cows and donkeys quickly became our friends, adding such a charming, playful energy to the experience. The river was a magical escape, offering serene spots to gather for deep conversations and laughter, as well as peaceful corners perfect for quiet rest and reflection. There was such an abundance of space to explore, connect, and find tranquility. Monica’s home and land provided the perfect environment for our retreat. It’s a truly special place, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect location for our first mother/daughter trip to Round Top. The house is 3 min from Warrenton and 8-10 min to Round Top. We loved evenings on the patio. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and do laundry. The host is very responsive and kind and handled anything we needed quickly.

This place was amazing! The view was awesome, it was quiet and no neighbors. The house was great and enjoyed playing the games available. Will be staying here again if it is available when we come back next march.
