My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I booked this place because it was ideal for entertaining a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults were able to closely watch them from the balcony and outdoor sitting areas. The guys enjoyed the pool table and bar area which is also located near the swimming pool. The layout of this home was definitely well designed. Everything was just beautiful. We will definitely book again.

This Airbnb is by far the most impeccable place I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the spectacular views. The space perfectly blends modern luxury with cozy comfort. You can tell it was built with love and care. The host was the best I could ever dream of. Deborah's house was amazing. We had a small group that came into town for an event, and this was the first time we stayed in the house. We were so pleased with everything that we have already booked it for next year at the same time. The house is very spacious and very clean. The piece of property it was on was very peaceful and quiet. We grilled out on the back porch every night and had amazing time. I would highly recommend this property. Deborah was a great host. She was very responsive with any questions we had which were very few because of how detailed she was with the notes and instructions. If you are wanting to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying this house, of course as long as our group does not have it rented.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

WOW! Words can’t explain how great of an experience it was staying at Teresa & Mike’s place! We wish we had more time here. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful, well-kept pool, but the chilly rainy weather only allowed us to relax in the stunning (spotless) hot tub. We had a great time! The bed was VERY comfortable, bathroom and laundry areas were amazing & everything labeled to perfection! Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe these hosts!! We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even with them living upstairs- couple footsteps heard but they were very cautious and mindful to be quiet. We were 100% unbothered and HAPPY! Teresa invited us via message to see their ducklings. Set in a beautiful country location a short drive from Chattanooga and everything you could possibly need. We went to Ruby Falls & the Aquarium. Feed Co. Table & Tavern was AMAZING! Go there. I’ll sum up our experience by saying WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you for a comfortable & memorable stay!

Our family had a great time at Graceland. We enjoyed the hot tub and basketball. Will plan to book again in future.

First and foremost, Kirk responded to any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, it was easy accessing the property and the freshness that hit you once you walk into the house was a plus for my family and me. The house was exactly in order as it's listed on the Airbnb platform. It was spacious, a home away from home great experience! The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The game room was definitely a hit! The entire house was very well groomed and kept well. Cleanliness was superb!!! Charlotte

Beautiful property and well maintained. Exactly as described. We had a large party of 16 and this place was fantastic for our group. Furnished kitchen was a great plus. Home was very comfortable and had everything you could thing of. Very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends.

Such a beautiful place. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in, we felt instantly at home. It’s perfectly near everything, so nothing was too far away. The property was gorgeous, right near the road but also felt private and peaceful. 10/10, definitely recommend, and we will definitely be coming back!

this was our second stay at Wendy's and it was wonderful. Location is great (close to everything but secluded and private) the house is very comfortable and stocked with essential that you might need. Communication with Wendy was timely and very helpful. Recommend to any and all to stay here.

Great stay, and Anastasia was very kind and accommodating. The place is so cute - great decor, so clean. Very welcoming. It’s located at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood, but you definitely get noise from the main road - cars revving their engines at night and occasional sirens. It was only a minor detraction from the overall experience though. We would definitely stay again.
