I can not say enough good things about this home. everything was awesome! soooo nice to have the little extras... coffee/tea/shampoo/etc in bathrooms. house is beautiful and oh so much room. PERFECT. The host was so easy and quick to communicate. We have stayed in many airbnbs... this one is easily THE best!

We loved our stay at the Lake House! We just moved to the Birmingham area and needed a place for our family of four to stay for a month and this was perfect. It is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in January and February, but it would be even better in warmer months as the boat house/gazebo over the water is really nice. The house is well-kept and very clean and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Mary’s place is beautiful! It’s way better than the pictures. The view outside is very calming! The layout inside is well organized with lots of space and free of clutter. We were greeted with snacks on the table and clear information of what to expect/recommendations. Without being asked, we were also provided with an extra bed. Due to the flight schedule, Mary allowed us to stay a bit longer than check out time of which we are truly grateful. Our stay is comfortable, pleasurable and perfect for our little family! We’d love to come back in the future.

We rented the property for my son’s wedding. The game room was a hit with the twenty something. I enjoyed watching the big screen tv’s upstairs in there as well. The property was roomy and beautiful! We loved the kitchen and did a lot of cooking. We had plenty of room for our friends and family to come visit and hang out. We had a small issue on the second day and the host sent someone that day within 30 minutes to take care of it. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that was handy. There were even a few supplies left like spices salt/pepper even aluminum foil and plastic wrap. There was also body wash shampoo and conditioner in the showers. We would definitely like to stay again in the summer. We like to fish and being right on the water is a bonus.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The kitchen was well equipped. The entire place was very clean and I LOVED sitting in the sun room and looking out to the water. it was so relaxing.

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

My team and I liked it very much. Everything is at the highest level. I will be glad to return to this house again.

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. The location is secluded but still close enough to get to stores if you forget something and there is a lot of amazing hiking within a short drive of the cabin. Misti was an amazing host and super proactive in communications and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend! And they decorated for Christmas (even with a tree) so we felt right at home!

This is a very attractive, comfortable home which our family enjoyed! The location on the lake, with pretty sunsets, makes it memorable. Thank you!

Loved the kid friendly atmosphere and opportunities for entertainment outside! Paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, playground, fire pit, grills, and toys allowed us to spend countless hours outdoors and letting my son just be a little country boy (Luke Combs song reference).

This property is located right on the lake and has a beautiful view. The property was exactly as described. We will be sure to come back

We have family in the area and needed a place near Gurley AL to accommodate others. Our stay was great and provided everything we needed (although the weather could been better!).

Great place to stay will definitely be back again. My only complaint was the late checkout fee. I am running half marathons and marathons every month this year. I have always stayed in airbnbs and I haven’t had a problem checking out a little late without paying a fee. Besides that the house, pond, entertainment center was all great. Super easy checking in and the stay was great right by the rode but you never hear any cars or anything inside. A great place to stay and will be back again this summer.

Beautiful private cabin and great host!

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

We booked this lovely place for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint!! The cabin is beautiful, surroundings amazing and the sunset view from the deck breathtaking. We had 8 ladies and were very comfortable. We only left the property once to go hiking and that was only a few miles away. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace very cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready for us to climb in. Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back soon.

Craig and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Craig gave us a tour of the property, which was really fun and very interesting. We felt very relaxed and didn’t want for anything during our stay. We really appreciated the warm welcome and all the extras. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway. The area offers lots of fun activities but it is also very peaceful.

We enjoyed the lake house so much! It was very quiet and relaxing, with tons of trails and lookout points near. Overall, a perfect retreat for nature lovers. :)

Absolutely loved this spot. Mentone has a special feeling about it that has to be experienced. Really appreciated being able to stay at this cozy cabin! Loved being able to go for a morning walk/hike w/ my pup through the backyard. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! My boys loved the loft bed! Fishing was good! It was everything my son wanted in a place to stay for his birthday!!
