Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

Wir waren zum Ski- und Snowboard fahren in Ischgl. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Zu jedem Zimmer gehörte ein Bad, die Küche war vollkommen ausreichend und ein Skiraum war auch vorhanden. Zu Fuß waren wir in 5 min am Skibus. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Geen contact gehad met "Susan", wel zalig persoonlijk contact met de eigenaars, ze zorgden voor een warm welkom en een super net ruim appartement. We werden bij het afscheid zelfs uitgezwaaid "zoals opa en oma dat ook bij ons doen", zoals onze zoontjes terecht opmerkten. :-) Om maar te zeggen: een vakantiehuis om je thuis te voelen!

We spent 5 days at Gabriele's flat and we felt like home. There is everything that you need and she is really nice host, helping us during all the time. Thank you very much!

Waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Man sah aus allen Fenster die Berge gut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderung. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Un accueil et un logement irréprochables, l’arrêt de bus devant la porte nous a évité d’utiliser notre voiture pendant 1 semaine. Petit plus , la livraison de pain frais du boulanger à l’appart! Local à skis avec chauffage chaussures Tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes et nous nous réjouissons d’y retourner en famille !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Qualität der Wohnung. Auch der Wunsch nach einem Grill wurde sofort umgesetzt und nach sehr kurzer Zeit bereit gestellt. In den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes ist kein Wunsch offen geblieben. Auch die Abreise und Übergabe war wie bei der Anreise einfach super organisiert und von der Zeit sehr flexibel gehalten. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Great Airbnb. I’d stay here again. It was easy to find and it was clean. The town is right in an area where it’s easy to get to a lot of nearby towns and attractions in both Switzerland and Austria.

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

Die Kommunikation mit Jürgen war top! Beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Aufteilung war für unsere Gruppe bestehend aus zwei Familien klasse. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht waren einfach nur schön. Auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Jürgen als Anbieter sind auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

-Sauberste Unterkunft in der wir bisher waren, alles wie beschrieben -Alles da was man braucht -super Gastgeberin, sehr authentisch und nett -Unser Tochter war auch total begeistert -wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jede Bitte oder Frage wurde schnell und Lösungsorientiert eingegangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und nochmal Danke an Harald und Vaneide. Tolle Menschen! war ein sehr schönes Silvester!

Der Check-In war problemlos und die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für unseren Sohn war ein Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Thomas ist ein super Gastgeber, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und lässt einem wichtige Infos zur Unterkunft und Empfehlungen zur Region zukommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - Danke! :)

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende im Allgäu verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und wir haben die Infrarot Sauna und die Whirlwanne sehr genossen 😊 Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiter empfehlen!

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!
