Great little place right on the beach . . .we had everything we needed and a basement full of things i case we forgot something. Very nice and comfortable. The dogs had a great time!!

This guesthouse and the surrounding area are beautiful, romantic, and peaceful to stay in. It was easy to check in and out and we would love to stay here again.

Everything about our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We used all of the given recommendations for food and we're not disappointed! Our dog had a personalized treat bag and separate towels - perfect after running on the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

A beautiful cottage. Our dogs loved the beach and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Best of all, we saw North Atlantic Right Whales at Long Point. In a world where it can be difficult to sleep well - I slept like a baby!

Really enjoyed our stay. Met Phyllis upon arriving and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We all felt right at home. The place itself was great for our group of friends and being a minutes walk from the beach was ideal. Would absolutely stay here again

We loved our stay in this charming cottage! Our family of 4 adults spent Thanksgiving weekend here. It was our first trip to the cape and it did not disappoint! The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although the dining table was small, we made it work for our Thanksgiving dinner. We did prepare some of the side dishes ahead of our stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed to complete the meal. The location is ideal for exploring the beach (even in the cold) and Captain Parker’s Pup (just down the road) was open and bustling with activity the night before Thanksgiving, so it didn’t feel too “off” season. We had a great stay from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back, but in the summer next time!

Beautiful apt for a couple! You can see and fall asleep by the ocean. My husband and I stayed for a wedding, but we'll definetely be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool to teach our baby how to swim!

We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. Beach is insanely beautiful and is an easy walk. Sparkling clean pool. Clean, safe, quiet, park right in front, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything including some spices. Can’t beat the screened in front porch and back deck. Denise is very responsive and communicative. She tended to a couple of minor issues immediately. We loved her recommendations.

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We had a great time! Everything was as advertised we booked last minute and ended up finding this beautiful tiny home. They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we unintentionally got there earlier than we expected. My wife and two year old son had a blast and we look forward to coming back soon!

We were looking for a laid back cottage, and this place fit the bill. After a stumble out of the blocks due to the contracted cleaning service having not cleaned the cottage, Pamela did everything in her power to correct the situation and made it right. The cleaning service did show up about 24 hrs late, and Pam reimbursed us some of our payment as compensation. She also was exceptionally apologetic, and truly worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. The cottage is just what my wife, 2&1/2 yo daughter & I needed; quiet and relaxed with a very efficient layout. The kitchen really is a marvel at how a small space can be maximized when designed well. An easy walk through the sand and over a dune will take you to the beach. Pam’s place really is a cool spot, and she proved to be a very kind and accommodating host.

Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is so quiet and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking and look forward to staying there again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.

This is a beautiful, secluded house that had plenty of room for our group to spread out and be comfortable. We loved the outdoor spaces and easy access to the beach. We saw a bunch of wildlife, including a coyote and some wild turkeys. If you want peace and quiet and relaxing water views, this is the place for you. We were nervous seeing the reviews about not being able to have access at a super high tide, but we were mindful of the tides and it did not affect us at all. I never had to message with Del Mar because they read my mind and were proactive in their messages to me. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay here again. The Wellfleet Oysterfest was the best!

Perfect Oceanside Cottage for a home base while you explore Cape Cod, Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. If you want to enjoy a beach vacation the private beach is steps from the door. Morning sunrise and evening sunsets are spectacular.

We stayed for a weekend here - 8 adults and felt there was plenty of space. We all agreed this was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever been to. Lynn left mountains of clementines for us, as well as lovely flowers all over the place! But beyond the nice touches like that, the location on the beach is stunning, the place is tastefully decorated, comfortable but very nice feeling; 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a wall of windows looking out over the ocean - especially great for watching the sunrise! The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Everything was spotless and lovely. Nice grocery store a few minutes away and easy to get to Plymouth and all the sites there, but nice and quiet, away from the crowds. The only issue we had was figuring out the parking and finding the house, which you can't drive right up to, but those were easily overcome. Lynn was immediately responsive when we had a question. All in all, a great stay!

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
