Shelly's apartment was wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. There were many little extra touches that really made a difference, such as, Kleenex, full length mirror, games and cards, ample hand wash, shampoo and soap for washer and dishwasher, detailed instructions on how to operate everything, recommendations for restaurants, coffee and bars. The linens were nice quality and the beds comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to Cuba street and many other areas. Shelly and Graeme were super responsive, friendly and accommodating hosts. They were even so thoughtful as to leave some basic food supplies and souvenirs for our arrival. We would def stay again on another trip.

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Would recommend this place, great location for a couple wanting a nightnor two in the capital. Would happily book again.

We wanted a private unit with parking and this unit met the brief. Spotlessly clean. Really comfortable bed. Family live above but we did not hear them. We enjoyed walking down the hill into town with superb views on the way, then getting an uber back.

A rare gem above a whole network of indie businesses, cafes and restaurants that affirm community, innovation and artistry. If I was in Wellington for a longer project, I’d love to stay here for weeks - so refreshing to be in such an artistic environment

We had a fantastic stay at Karen and Bryan's loft apartment! The place is very spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Karen and Bryan were amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. It was nice to have covered (and secured) parking but it is tight. Definitely a challenge to park a big vehicle but they offered an alternative if the vehicle didn’t fit which was really nice.

fantastic place to stay very handy to the city

This might have been our favorite AirBnB of our New Zealand trip. It’s just so beautifully put together with so many artistic touches. We felt so at home and wish we’d had more time to just relax there and enjoy the surroundings. You’re walking distance to the Mt Victoria lookout and reserve with beautiful walking paths, and some lord of the rings filming locations if you’re a fan. Caroline is also extremely kind and we were treated to a view of her beautiful garden on our way to the apartment. I can’t recommend this spot enough if you’re staying in the area.

Rachel’s apartment is an absolute gem! Meticulously clean & comfortable, it is well appointed for short or long stays. The location is super handy & an easy flat walk to Jackson St. Location was very quiet & we didn’t hear a peep of anything all night long, though maybe the supremely comfortable bed had something to do with that! Our stay was short as were in the region for one specific reason, & I was very happy to have found such a beautifully presented, convenient & fairly priced property that were happy to accept short stays. If you enjoy great beer, head into Abandoned microbrewery for a fun vibe & delicious brews 👍🏻😉🍺 Thanks Rachel, we couldn’t have been more delighted!

was a great little place, the whole place was extremely clean and spotless plus the bed was so extremely comfortable it felt like sleeping in a cloud.

We had a great stay here. Ross and Fiona were very accomodating. We really enjoyed the fresh bread and cookies as well. Location was great - super central and walkable to the CBD. Flexible with check in and out times which we also appreciated. Fiona even helped back our car out! We definitely would recommend this place to others.

Great sunny appartment. Handy for beaches, city and botanic gardens/cycle trails. Had a lovely time here.

Fantastic location for sightseeing in Wellington, right across from the Te Papa museum. Two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, each with access to the good-sized main bath with great shower. Wendy was great to communicate with throughout, and we had a very pleasant stay. Would absolutely stay here again; can’t emphasize enough what a convenient location this is if you’re a tourist in town for a few days.

This is a fantastic spot with wonderful hosts. My husband and our adult son spent the month of December here and had a lovely time. Andrew is friendly and responsive. The house is beautiful. We spent many peaceful hours just watching the sea when not out and about on nearby walking trails and beaches. Handy to buses (2 and 30x) and a short 40 min ride to town. Short drive to Scorching Bay, Breaker Bay and the Eastern Walkway are virtually on the doorstep. The house is tastefully appointed and has everything you’ll need. A fantastic stay. Thanks so much.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.
