Definitely the studio apartment is a home away from home. Very comfortable and well equipped. The added bonus are the spectacular views of the harbour and proximity to the CBD and harbour/green belt walks. Would highly recommend.

George’s place is stylish and comfortable and right in the heart of things. Downstairs there is an excellent bakery for coffee, breakfast etc. loads of restaurants within a few 100 metres. It’s perfect for spending a few days absorbing the vibe of Wellington which is rapidly becoming our favourite city in NZ. However, if you’re a light sleeper bring your ear plugs - the price to pay for the great location is noise

This home is very well-appointed and comfortable. Jenny's instructions were clear and she was very responsive to my questions. The beautiful living room was the real highlight! Reserved parking was a plus; the space is just large enough for a compact SUV.

Had a great stay. Was exactly what I needed for a weekend visit but will also consider it for business stays now.

I had a great stay here!! It was great to stay there while checking out Wellington and the area, it’s very easy to get around by car. Jen was very helpful and flexible with the check in, and also made sure I didn’t miss some dolphins we got to sea in the sea in front of the house one morning. The view from the apartment and the walk along the seaside are amazing, and sunsets are stunning!

We had a great stay here. Ross and Fiona were very accomodating. We really enjoyed the fresh bread and cookies as well. Location was great - super central and walkable to the CBD. Flexible with check in and out times which we also appreciated. Fiona even helped back our car out! We definitely would recommend this place to others.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in town and were glad to have found Gavin’s and Shirley’s place. It felt right at home inside and great location to explore Wellington. Would stay again next time we are in town.

The place was fantastic for our group, large and open downstairs area made it easily accomodate us with additional covered outside space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great sizes.

It has been a really a wonderful stay at Lia’s place. What we transpired almost all the facilities have been provided thereat including for kids too. We enjoyed every moment of our one week stay was a threat.

This is a lovely villa in a great location. Siammone was a great host, kind, responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this villa, near Petone foreshore, restaurants and cute little boutique shops and a great host. Thanks Siammone 😊

Absolutely perfect location for exploring Wellington. 5 mins walk from Cuba St where all bars and restaurants are. Apartment quiet though. Very comfortable and stylish place - we stayed with grown up children and partners and the separate floors worked very well for us. The hosts were really friendly and helpful

Lovely home with lovely views , bright and spacious . Took us longer than 20 mins to get to centre of wellington and walk is not for the less able . Would have liked a bbq and mirrors in bedrooms but it is a really great place to spend a few days in wellington

This is simply a wonderful home, and Eleanor is the best host. The villa is beautiful and comfortable—its architecture, furniture, and paintings are a true aesthetic delight. It was warm and cozy, with clear instructions provided. The city center is easy to reach by walking downhill, and on the way back, you can take the cable car up to the Botanic Garden, which is nearby. The rooms are spacious, the views are stunning, and the kitchen has everything you need. We are very happy that we had the chance to stay in such a place!

Fantastic! Very homey, comfortable unique apartment. Right in the heart of Wellington on Cuba St. Too many excellent places to choose from for dining. Easy walking distance to major downtown attractions. Parking just around the corner. (A bit expensive, but it is worth it for the convenience.)

Our stay in Adam&Judiths apartment was wonderful! Beautiful house, very central yet quiet. Easy to walk everywhere. stunning view from the kitchen . Can highly recommend to stay here :-)

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in not just because of the central location of the beautiful house, but primarily because of the awesomeness of the host Brenda. She is extremely accomodating and helpful. She was available whenever I texted. Her house is located centrally and is better than how it is described. It has partial bay view, and is even taller than the nearby hotels. Super convenient paid parking available within the building if requested beforehand. Walkable from Lambton Quay. If this airbnb is available, go ahead and book without any doubt.

Loved Wayne’s place. He really thought of everything from the washer and dryer and providing laundry detergent to all the kitchen equipment and lovely breakfast. Eating at the table was surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees-so peaceful! I especially loved that he offered to bring us coffee in the morning-so thoughtful and much better than instant!! We had so much room and so many places to relax in comfortable chairs and couches. I only wish we could have stayed there longer!

Stunning brand new apartment. Comfortable beds and linen. Great view! Well equipped with new appliances, everything was just gorgeous. Really helpful host who responded quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
