We loved the views of the city, the apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Rhys was very responsive to requests and we enjoyed the apartment very much.

Perfect location and clean little apartment! Check-in was really easy with the lockbox and is really fairly priced considering you have facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Great spot to stay in a private relaxing environment if you’re exploring Welly!

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. Wunderschöne und sehr grosszügige Wohnung mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Bucht. Perfekte Lage! Sehr einfach zu erreichen und dank Parkplatz und Lift bis zur Wohnung auch für ältere oder Personen oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.

Julie is a great host and her house is beautiful. It’s so nice looking out at the ocean from the huge living room windows and the place is very cute. There is a bit of traffic noise in the bedrooms which you wouldn’t necessarily expect given the serene location but it’s not a big deal and definitely still worth staying.

You’ll never want to leave! We definitely didn’t. What an amazing place to stay in Wellington. Firstly the house is stunning with every luxury you could need and more. We could’ve sat all day in the armchairs looking out to sea and the kite surfers and surfers, but we did venture across the road for a swim and to sample the local cafes and restaurants all within about 5 mins walk. Including a vegan restaurant which was delicious and a brewery with great burgers. The kitchen was perfect to cook a meal and enjoy the views and with the supermarket so close it was perfect. There’s also a bus close by to take you into the city. The hosts left us a lovely note and all important fresh coffee for the mornings. I highly recommend this house and location and look forward to another stay.

We had a wonderful refreshing stay at Danielle's home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Every room had large picture frame windows looking out onto the most amazing immediate view of community enjoying the beach in all manner of ways. We loved staying at Danielle's home it was a real highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and clean. The location is great—close to the city center yet peaceful. Waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning was truly amazing. The host was very kind and responsive, always there to help whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Wellington!

Not in central Wellington but in the beautiful Lyall Bay facing the sea lovely upstairs lounge to watch the waves crashing and the surfers. Don’t miss the lovely vegetarian restaurant the Botanist nearby and the great Parrot dog brewery with fantastic fish and chips street food opposite. Use the no 3 bus to get into town.

Nice little quiet waterside nook with plenty of bedrooms. Neighborhood is a little tricky to navigate but loads of space, and very accommodating host in terms of checkin/checkout times. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved our stay , we were so inspired by the area, enjoying the green belt hikes , local cafes and intimate beach walks it was absolute paradise just minutes from the city .

Wir haben 9 Tage Bey Maya verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maya beschreibt das Zimmer sehr gut - wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war super - schnelle Antworten und sehr hilfreiche Tipps. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem, allerdings ein kleines bisschen zu kurz, wenn man groß ist. Das eigene Bad ist spitze und auch die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Maya war sehr flexibel und wir konnten uns gut absprechen. Die Lage ist spitze und man ist sehr schnell überall.

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views. Booked this spot for artists working in a fringe show. They were very pleased and happy with the location and all the amenities. Ilane was incredible helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend staying here!

we really liked this apartment, great location and fabulous views across the bay, comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. Craig is a very welcoming host.

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you might need. As it is right in the centre/ CBD you can reach many interesting places without a car. It is a bit on the louder side due to traffic but nothing too bad. We felt very comfortable there.

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
