Welcome to our Boho Chic Beach House! Get away from it all at this newly refurbished lakeside property with 125ft of private shoreline. Relax in the hot tub, rest your toes in the sand as you listen to the waves break, take the kayaks out, swim in the lake, have lunch on the deck, roast smores at the custom firepit, and take in beautiful sunsets. We have all the modern amenities including EV charger, BBQ, central heating, A/C, washer/dyer, 50" Smart TV with Netflix, high speed LTE Internet.

Inviting, 2-storey guest suite; bright and clean. Two queen beds & two twins. Large yard to enjoy the stars around a campfire. Head to Sandbanks Park. Swim, discover year-round walking trails and sand dunes. Park pass included. Visit local wineries, restaurants and craft breweries along with quaint, boutique shops. From Oct to May, plan to soak in the hot tub or sip a drink on the patio around a propane fireplace. Blankets, robes, slippers provided. Closed June to Sept. Parking for two cars.

Waupoos Island View Cottages - The Ethan

The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels & water shoes. Enjoy your personal dock for leisure, swimming, fishing.....etc End your evening with a fire at your own fire pit.

We invite you to relax in our charming 3-bedroom bungalow and enjoy everything that the region has to offer! Take a short walk to the Bay of Quinte. Drive (under 30 min) to all major beaches (2 seasonal passes incl). Visit local wineries and trendy restaurants. Take a bike ride down the Millenium trail. Stargaze in a hot tub and detox in a cedar sauna. Curl up on a couch by the wood-burning fireplace with a Netflix and a glass of local wine. Listen to some oldies and enjoy our retro-vibes.
