Emma and Mikes is an awsome place to stay. I was there for a month and they helped me with everything I asked. The Villa is secure, safe and has double glazing and full wall insulation. It is snug warm and draught free. Lovley no other words. Wifi speed is more than adequate for watching internet movies with no buffering. The home is clean and well maintained and furnishing is very comfortable especially the beds, which I belive have memory foam for a perfect sleep. I loved the kitchen set up and did a lot of cooking lol. The view from the doorway and bedroom is lovley and the place is literally on the sea front. The garden is fenced and well maintained. The home is situated near to some beautiful walking tracks. 10 out 10 for Emma and Mike for this wonderful frendly little jewel. Well recomended and cannt wait to come back.

We loved the location and the view from the deck is really very special. We so enjoyed our early morning walks along the beach. The bach has everything you need for a short stay, the bed & sofas are comfortable and the mini kitchen is well equiped for its size and there is an excellent BBQ. You can walk to Four Square for basics and/or a couple of cafes for coffee or lunch. We were appreciative of the milk, coffee, tea and biscuits.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It had everything our family of four needed and provided the perfect balance of peace, comfort and relaxation. The location was ideal—close enough to town for convenience, but still maintaining that lovely rural cottage serenity and feel. Definitely would stay again! Thanks again Julia!

Everything about this listing was spot on Ellen is very pro-active & we chatted from the minute I booked, right up until we left The space is absolutely beautiful & we wanted for nothing while there It is spacious, light filled & listening to the insects & birds was extremely soul soothing Having grown up in Titahi Bay, it was lovely to be in my neighbourhood but enjoying someone else's space. Someone who provides a plethora of thoughtful little touches ... An extremely comfortable bed ... Tonnes of storage space ... Cooking facilities & a great outside area to eat ... We were extremely spoilt! Thanks for having us Ellen! We'll be back 🙏🏽

The place is totally beautiful and suitable for a nice getaway from a busy city life. It’s peaceful and plenty of outdoor chilling area. The interior is tastefully decorated with personal touches. And Dale is so lovely to communicate throughout and understanding of our sudden change of situation. It’s hard to find such lovely hosts in Airbnb sometimes, so we are lucky to have met her!

Fantastic place to stay in Wellington; especially if you’re going to visit The Weta Workshop since is just around the corner! Super lovely hosts with great communication. The place is easy access to and from the airport, a quieter area of town but still only a short walk away to different amenities. (Little convenience store, restaurant, and a cute cafe only two minutes away, plus other great restaurants/breweries only a 10 minute walk down the road.) It was a very comfortable stay; the place felt nice and homey and had great bedding. We also appreciated the extra amenities of complimentary teas/coffee, different games, movies, and books to check out- would 100% recommend staying here!

Pauline’s cottage was absolutely beautiful! Beautiful spot and even better hospitality. Both myself and my partner appreciated the little home made touches to the place which made our stay that much more special! We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing family getaway here. The place is private, peaceful, and perfect for slowing down. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down to the sunset by the lake felt surreal - I could honestly stay here forever. The unit was cozy and well-equipped, and we really appreciated having a day without wind - just in time for a perfect BBQ. There’s a nearby track/trail that’s nice for a stroll, though definitely not pram-friendly (our baby laughed at the idea). What stood out the most was the view. Morning, golden hour, or under the stars - it just hits different. Highly recommended if you’re after a quiet reset with the people you love

The peaceful rural setting was a highlight, while being just a stones throw from the local township beaches, and the river. We felt very much at home and highly recommend to others looking for a tranquil retreat in the area.

This was my second time staying at Janet’s wonderful place and I’m already thinking about my next trip. It’s the perfect spot to rest, soak up the peace and quiet with beautiful views but just a short distance from walking trails and Upper Hutt. Super comfortable bed, great shower, well-stocked kitchen and Janet’s a great host.

We had a fabulous night away for our wedding anniversary with our four month old baby! Tracey had everything we needed and more, it was such a special night looking out at the spectacular view and enjoying some champagne 🥂

Brigitte's place was immaculate and clean with quality fittings and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast, with muesli and fresh berries and little extras such as wine and chocolates were unexpected and generous. We had expected the suite to be more open plan rather than the kitchen and bedroom being quite separate, but we enjoyed our stay and Brigette was a perfect host.

Oh wow! What a setting; what a view each morning and evening. Yes, it’s a narrow drive up a windy street and a bit of a hike up stairs, but it’s well worth it! It’s a cosy, clean, and well organized space perched over the bay. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette functional. It’s a ten-minute drive to downtown. We were welcomed by kind hosts and able to use the washer and dryer. Loved this place!

Kerryanne was really responsive and flexible. I was working in Newtown and wanted somewhere quiet closeby that I could retreat to in the evenings. In this price bracket that is usually a hotel room with a bed facing a large TV screen and no view. I really valued the view, being able to stand outside and look at the night sky, and walking through a great neighbourhood on to way to catch my bus to work.

We just had the most wonderful weekend at Ali and Mele's guest suite. It's in a quiet, private, secluded location with sea views, beautiful sunsets and more moreporks at night. We had plenty of space, and the rustic feel of the property truly made us feel that we'd escaped the city for the weekend. And the property is only a short walk to the beach and an excellent cafe. Ali and Mele's communication was perfect: friendly, proactive and timely. We have no hesitation recommending them and their property to other travellers. 5 stars 🌟 Hope to see you again!
