We had a lovely stay at Trudi’s place over Christmas. We had everything we needed. Great to have the beach across the road with lots of amenities close by. Would love to stay again

A lovely space with a view to the mountains. Sitting by the wood fire was an absolute treat! We loved staying here while attending a wedding at the Watermill Bakery down the road. Peaceful, private, easy to come and go. Worth noting that the bunk room and bathroom doors open into the double bedroom, which may not suit everyone. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Great place to stay with all you need, access to the beach right next door and easy walk to cafes and town centre.

Amazing place, huge and full of amenities, the coffee machine and the milk just made things better as well as the fireplace because it got cold outside, can’t really fault anything,

Es war eine schöne und praktische Unterkunft für zwei Tage. Man ist sehr weit abgeschieden von den großen umliegenden Orten, das ist aber ganz nett, weil man so am Ende des Tages die Ruhe genießen kann. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, wodurch man fast alles von oben gehört hat. Da kann man aber gut darüber hinwegsehen bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eine sehr schöne und große Unterkunft! Alles sauber & der Host ist immer für Fragen oder Anmerkungen/Tipss für die Umgebung zu haben. :) Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, nur zu empfehlen!

I've stayed for almost three weeks while on a work trip. The place is warm and sunny and I had a good time. If you need to get to CBD by the bus it takes around 38 minutes. The parking on the street was somewhat inconvenient (~200m away) for a long term stay but nothing major. Adam was responsive and respectful host.

Comfy studio in peaceful neighborhood, very close to Days bay - would happily stay there again.

Hi if you want a bit of quiet time this is the place off the road down a lovely driveway no noisy cars. It's a cosy and comfortable little home. I really enjoyed my stay there was a good relaxing break away for me. everything you need is there, walking distance to shops and good food. Beach 3 minute drive. I recommend this little beauty and would stay again thank you Nadine and James😊

Another great stay for us, very convenient with family nearby. Several evening and daytime meal options nearby, frequent buses on a direct route into town, lots of walking trails nearby.

Vicki was super generous and allowed us a late check out for free. Beautiful home and wish we stayed another night to use the pool as it was such a beautiful day the next day! 10/10 recommend :)

Radhini made this whole experience very easy and made us feel at ease. She was very responsive and helpful as well always checking in to see if we were comfortable and for that I highly recommend having her as a host

The complete experience was magnificent. Most of all the hospitality and warm reception was out of this world. We loved it and will remember when/if we return.

We had a wonderful stay and this was one of the best Airbnbs of our trip! We didn’t want to leave and wished we had booked for longer! I would definitely book again for future trips to New Zealand. The guesthouse was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Kymberley and Jamie were friendly and helpful hosts and had thought of everything. The views were stunning. Would highly recommend - an idyllic and peaceful place to stay!

Our stay at Anindita's property was fabulous. Anindita and her partner Neil were wonderful hosts. The property was clean, fully equipped and we had the most restful sleeps. The location was wonderful with public transport into the CBD of Wellington literally outside the front door. There were takeaways, supermarkets and other stores within walking distance. We had our gorgeous (well behaved dog with us) and he had a wonderful time. There was a fabulous doggy park literally a four minute walk from the property - perfect.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.

Had a great stay with Ellie, it was just as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would recommend.

Ling has a lovely property that met our needs perfectly. As I needed to extend the time in Wellington, Ling was excellent in responding to our request. Very easy. Bed was super comfortable.

We absolutely enjoyed our short overnight stay before heading to the south island. The location was perfect, a short distance from the ferry as well as all the in town eateries and shopping! Grant and Delphina were easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond expectations of what it means to be a great host. Highly recommend staying here!
