"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

We felt at home the moment we walked in. This condo has lovely comfortable furnishings, was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Chris was a great host and was great to communicate with. We will definitely return.

This is a great location - right across from the beach. We walked on the beach every day. The drive up 1A along the coast to Portsmouth is beautiful. We went off season so most of Hampton Beach closed down, but drive a couple miles inland to the town of Hampton and you'll find a grocery store and more restaurants. The condo is very comfortable. It's a studio so not big, but the host has done a nice job with lost of amenities and consumables. It's on the south side of the building so plenty of sun. It has a deck with a partial view of the beach. The only thing to note depending on your mobility is it's on the third floor so two flights of stairs - no elevator.

Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. The location is amazing. The view is amazing as shown in the pictures. The apartment was actually pretty quiet, we couldn’t hear anyone in other units and little to no noise from the beach or bar below, though we stayed in the off-season. The balcony is huge and plenty of seating options and the living room is spacious and lots of seating. We had two young kids with us and we all had a great time. Would stay again.

Great stay at this condo in Hampton Beach! Very walkable location and stunning sunrises each morning. Will definitely come back.

Rented for a week just after Labor Day. The carriage house was great, just as advertised.

We had a lovely stay at Janis’s place. The location was amazing! Right in the quaint Old Port area and just a short block to the waterfront. The area has amazing restaurants and adorable boutiques. The condo is bigger than we expected, which was a nice plus. It had everything we needed and as super clean. Janis’s communication was superb. The beds were super comfortable, and having an elevator was great after a long day. As others have mentioned, the front bedroom can get a bit noisy, so lighter sleepers will want to choose the back bedroom. We had a wonderful time and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so it was super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see. We also loved that it was dog friendly, which made our trip even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

We had a fantastic stay in this top-floor apartment in Portland, Maine. The accommodations were spotless, and the space was well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy little balcony. The views from the windows overlooking the water were absolutely stunning. Communication was quick and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Having a driveway for parking was a huge plus, and the location was perfect—a short walk to charming neighborhood cafés and the scenic Eastern Promenade, where we enjoyed strolling along the waterfront and admiring the beautiful mansions. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pops Ohana! The house not only perfectly matches the description but also exceeds all expectations. The place was very well-suited for our family of 3, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offers all the necessary comforts. The location is ideal: North Beach, which we love, is right across the street in a peaceful neighbourhood. The small balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, especially with a great café nearby within walking distance — or the Wednesday’s fireworks. And when we needed the excitement of the city, it's just a few minutes away by car. Thank you so much, Rachel, for this unforgettable experience!

Had such a great stay. We didn’t want to leave! We felt right at home. We were 4 adults and two kids- three generations. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with all the tools we needed, the lovely balcony, and the puzzles and games in the cabinet. Not to mention the AC, which kept us all comfortable. We were also thrilled with how walkable the location was- so many restaurants and shops right there!

Nick & Kayla are great hosts and the place was perfect - close to everything. They also provided lots a great recommendations, from places to eat, to events, and things to do in Portland. The condo was sparkling clean and is located in a great area. You don't need a car to visit the whole area (The free parking spot in a nearby garage is a giant plus). We had an amazing stay at this cozy, well-located spot. The space was comfortable, exactly as described, and everything was provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway! One hint: Try the popovers at Central Provisions :)

We had a great time at Prakash's condo. it's right on the water so the morning coffee was great sitting out on the balcony. It was close to the starting line for the Hampton beach marathon which was perfect for us! unfortunately this time of month most of the stores/restaurants are closed so not much to do but int the summer this spot is ideal!!! The condo is great and had everything we needed! easy check in/out and great communication!! Thanks!

This is a great place if you have 4-6 people in your group! There was plenty of space and the kitchen looks like it was recently remodeled. We also appreciated the original parts of the property like the beautiful floors and double doors. Beds were also comfortable which is always a plus! Check in was easy as well and the spot was easy to find

We stayed at Dena’s place for a girls weekend with a group of 9. The house was perfect for our group - 3 big bathrooms and plenty of space. The location could not have been more perfect. We parked our cars for the weekend and then walked everywhere! There are so many great bars and restaurants just minutes away. Dena was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. Her instructions to get into the house were helpful and clear - especially with the pictures! The house had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was big enough for all 9 of us to hang out in. I definitely recommend staying here and I hope to be able to come back someday!

Emily bent over backwards for us. We had a couple of minor issues that she addressed at once. BTW, Hurricanes Restaurant in town was fabulous! We’ll go back to Emily’s place again. She was a pleasure to deal with…..

This Captains house is located in a very central, but also quiet neighborhood, walking distance to several bookstores and many restaurants, ideal walking with a doggie as well. The house itself has what looks to be about 4 apartments with a central staircase making it very quiet. Our apartment had a lower level with two bedrooms, and an upper floor with two living rooms and 2-TV set up’s (no squabbling about shows to watch) a spacious kitchen and bathroom, shower was great and washer dryer was an added feature to dry towels. We were there in the winter so didn’t get to enjoy the raised patio & gardens.
