We’re a family of 8, including 3 grandchildren (girls). Meghan’s beautiful antique home has plenty of room for the girls to explore. Additionally, the lower level has a media room the girls claimed for themselves. Kitchens are fully equipped for prepping meals for large families and have modern appliances. Two gathering areas (one on each floor) are well furnished with plenty of seating for large families. Artwork is tasteful and attractive. Our family spent a couple of hours each day in the secluded hot tub. The robes and sandals are a nice touch. Bedrooms are spacious, well furnished with comfortable beds. All three bathrooms are modern and clean. Meghan was very helpful in researching activities suitable for our girls. We are very pleased with the accommodations at Meghan’s home and look forward to returning on our next trip to Portland.

Clean and good storage for a small space. Good location

My family had a wonderful time at Stephens Abnb. Our family gathered for my husband’s birthday. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards etc. Stephen was very accommodating and responsive.

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

This was the perfect place for a girls' trip for 12. The communal space was even better than the pictures -- we had plenty of room to lounge, eat, play games, etc. The hot tub was so conveniently located and beach is just steps away. Everyone had a good sleeping space and everything was clean, well appointed, and beautiful. Jason was very responsive, had good recommendations (though in March, there is just less locally available, but in the summer I can see how it would have been perfect), and the check in and check out were super easy. We do this trip every year and we all agreed we'd come back to this place in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed staying here and visiting Ossipee! Michaela's place was great for the 4 of us looking to get away for a couple days to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were happy with the amenities and anything we needed was close by.

Stayed here one night to get away after finishing a large project at work. The place made me feel right at home and I was able to relax and unwind. The hot tub was great and the hosts were attentive to my request for help when taking the cover off and putting it back on. They also provide many recommendations for things to do in the area. Lots of movies too!

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Rebecca was a great host and very responsive. The place is charming and cozy and was spotless when we arrived. My family and I enjoyed our two night stay and wished we could stay for another night. Backyard is huge and was perfect for our dog. The location was quiet. We are happy and satisfied with the place 😊

We just returned from a weekend at Emily and Nicholas' home in Eaton, NH (March 2025). The home is as described in the listing. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Our dog loved the backyard. Both Emily and Nicholas answered any questions we had and were friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. We would definitely return.

As one kiddo said at the end “this is the best weekend ever!” This was the perfect getaway and wished we had more time! Stayed 4 adults and three kids with a dog and had more than enough space! The layout of the house was perfect, as having bedrooms on each side of the house! An incredible area so close to town. 30 minutes to North Conway and just minutes to good food! King Pine is also 20 minutes which has multiple winter activities. The house is also so close to the lake! The space was cozy, had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and what a great surprise to have a dryer for the wet clothes after a day in the snow! Matt was a great host, helpful, fast, and responsive. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Katie's house in Portland. It was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We would love to stay again soon!

It was the perfect location for a group of 6. Plenty of space and comfortable common area with a nice large dining table. Wonderful location and very walkable. Host was proactive with communication and very responsive. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

This was my 3rd time booking with Chris for one of my companies crews to stay at his home and it was awesome. He was such a pleasure to work with. His home was spotless, cozy and the crew enjoyed staying there.

Richard was very quick to respond and easy to work with! Cute little cottage in a nice little community with a pool. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Rita was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Place was clean and inviting, close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Maryann was friendly, responsive and quick to reply. She left baked goods and coffee out each morning which was a pleasant surprise. The space was easily accessible, private and spotless. We would definitely stay here again

This place immaculate. It was the perfect place for our family. Walking distance to the beach! Our kids had a great time at the pool after a long day at the beach.
