Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

Absolutely loved our stay at Windmill farm! We spent our Christmas break here and it was just the perfect setting. Chickens would greet you everyday and the kids were able to roam around and see the animals, the ‘reindeer’ were a hit! Thank you so much!

Just came back from 2 lovely nights at the butterpot cottage. Beautiful scenery, and the place was even better than the pictures. We used most of the facilities including a huge easy to use barbecue, hot tub, sauna and the open fireplace is a lovely touch. Ian was easy to contact and was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. 5 star! We will be returning….

Second time staying at this place and we’ll be back. Claire is so responsive and helpful. Really comfortable and clean. Would absolutely recommend.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham
