The high-resolution projector screen delivers crystal-clear visuals and immersive sound—ideal for a movie night—while the efficient controllable central air conditioning evenly circulates cool air throughout the unit. Subtle highlights include a glass mirror in the bathroom that streams YouTube, adding a quirky touch without dominating the experience. Practical amenities like the bidet toilet and in-unit washer/dryer simplify daily life, and the location is ideal—quiet yet only a two-minute walk from a vibrant night market. One particular incident underscored William’s exceptional hospitality: when I encountered an issue early on, he didn’t just offer a simple yes/no reply but provided an in-depth, comprehensive solution that truly exceeded my expectations. I highly truly recommend this listing.

This accommodation is conveniently located near Ximen Station, making it easy to walk to both the bustling shopping district and the station at any time. There is also a convenience store right next to the building, adding to the convenience. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable—there wasn’t a single strand of hair or even a single bug. If you're looking for a clean stay, I highly recommend this accommodation. The host is always quick to respond and promptly addresses any requests. A washing machine and detergent are provided, so you can do laundry if needed. Netflix and Apple TV are also paid for, ensuring there's no boredom at night. The host had warned me in advance, but the double metal door can make a loud noise if not closed gently. To avoid disturbing your neighbors, please be mindful when opening and closing the door. Once again, thank you to the host for the excellent care during my stay.

Juan was an incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsible host. He provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing spots, always responding promptly to our questions. The internet was super fast, and we had no issues working from home. He even helped me plan a surprise for my husband on our wedding anniversary by finding the perfect cinema that was showing the movie I had in mind. The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, located in a very central area within walking distance of anywhere in the Da'an District. The only downside was that it didn’t get enough natural sunlight, which made it a bit challenging for us to wake up and stay energized. However, this is quite common in Taipei due to its urban structure, and the gray winter weather also played a role. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying at Juan's house if you’re visiting Taipei ^^

All is good except aircon got some noise & unit facing road but cleanliness & david response is good. Will stay again

很開心能夠在這邊住了兩個禮拜！James很熱情還有分享去處之類，就好像交到一個新朋友～ 地點很方便，可以步行到龍山寺或西門捷運站。樓下還有小七和全家任你選～ 晚上返回也很安全因為大廳有警衛，需要感應卡才能進出。 屋內很乾淨和床真的超舒服，能夠好好睡個覺！使用的燈也真的有在用心篩選過，讓住客都能夠很舒服～ 太喜歡這邊了 之後來台也一定會再次選擇這邊 🫶🏻

很適合家族聚會，大人小孩都有得玩，超讚！

以春節假期來說CP值高

地點真的很棒，陽台就可以看到龜山島伴著日出／月升，晚上海面上滿滿作業漁船彩色的燈光，高樓層海浪聲音剛剛好，是助眠的白躁音，床墊軟但舒適。附腳踏車騎捷徑很快就可以到蘭陽博物館，沿途微風+美景，是一次很療癒身心的旅程。

This was a great place to stay while in Wai’ao. It had all the things we needed, was centrally located near the beach/small strip. There was tea and little snacks available and the host was proactive in getting breakfast orders. AC and fans were nice even in late winter.

I had a fantastic stay at Mio’s place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, a rare find in Taipei, and even comes with a parking space—super convenient. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants just around the corner, and it’s perfectly situated between NTU and NTNU, making it ideal for reaching either campus. Mio was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and always available for any questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

民宿的位置很方便，又容易搵，樓下有超市便利店和捷運站，過一條馬路就有市場，衣食住行都冇問題。

Christine went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable and secure - I can’t be happy enough with both Christine and the property and its location. Mom loved her time in Taipei and this was possible because of Christine.

Perfect accomodation! This place is really cozy and beautiful and clean. And the room and living room was much bigger than i thought. Location is also really good! Easy to go other places by bike. Zoe was really kind !! I hope i can stay here if i have a chance to visit Taiwan again 🫶

We had a great stay with our 2.5 year old toddler. Location was amazing, just a block away from Yongkang St restaurants and teahouses, and basically across the street from Din Tai Fung if you are into that. Also right across the street from Daan Park, nice for walking around and has a playground. We were here during the later part of Lunar New Year and two separate times we heard drums and went outside to find lion dances which our kid loved. Rooms were comfortable, everything felt pretty new and clean, and there is a small play set and some random toys for kids. The showers are a bit small and there is not much natural light but I think that's common for Taipei.

Dave is a friendly host. The house is brand new and located right next to Zhongxiao Fuxing, everything is just around the corner, e.g. Sogo, Breeze Ctr, Poya, Cosmed, Cafe, Cash Box Party, nothing to complain. Though it is located at a crowded area, the house is very private, quiet and safe. The room is spacious, with 2 rooms, open kitchen and a huge TV in the living room. The washroom is equipped with an electronic bidet and seperate shower cubicle. It may be a little bit dusty or noisy outside the room but it doesnt affect my overall stay. This is one if my best stays in Taipei. Highly recommend!

장점: 위치가 좋음, 생각보다 넓음, 기차역 주변임에도 불구하고 조용함, 주방/세면대 수압 괜찮음, 에어컨 잘 되어있음 단점: 엘베 2번 갈아타야함, 욕실 수압이 그리 좋지는 않음, 방음이 잘 안 됨, 전체적으로 위생은 그리 좋은 것은 아님 그럼에도 불구하고 위치로 커버가 가능 -> 최종 위치로 단점은 왠만한 승부 가능
