AMAZING!!! The place was clean, spacious and comfortable- I loved it! Location is also superb! The instructions were super clear and exhaustive, never even had to ask a follow up question. Good decor and they gave us sparkling wine as well. Only thing to note is bathroom is not attached in the second room and is on a different floor and the provided towels are really hard on the skin.

I feel like I can't say enough good things about Julia and this apartment. Everything was perfect. The place is even better than the photos, and Julia is there every step of the way. I already miss staying here, and it will be my go-to place when coming to Berlin. The only thing I'm worried about is too many people finding out about this amazing gem! Thank you, Julia!

We nice apartment with a private back terrace. Very nice and modern furnished. It was very close to u bahn station which makes it easier to reach anyplace in Berlin. We will definitely choose this place for our next trip to Berlin.

Das Video, welches beim Checkin mitgeschickt wurde, erklärte uns die Lage der Wohnung und den Schlüssel Save. Das Video hat uns sehr geholfen! Um mit dem PKW den dazugehörigen Parkplatz zu erreichen mussten wir durch ein Stück Fußgängerzone fahren. Das war erstmal seltsam. Gut das wir vorher zu Fuß an der Wohnung waren. Die Wohnung selber: sehr sauber, tolle Lage und eine Kaffeemaschine wurde für uns auch noch organisiert. Einfach toll

L’appartamento è stupendo. Pieno di confort e di tutto ciò che serve per passare sia un breve che un lungo periodo a Berlino. Posizione strategica, pieno di ristoranti, locali, cineclub, a due passi dalla stazione di Ostkreuz, dal mercatino di Boxhagenerplatz. Ideale per coppie e per famiglie. Ottima scelta di varie luci per l’illuminazione. Particolarmente apprezzabile la vasta scelta di giochi per bambini, di libri, il gusto dell‘arredamento tradizionale e gli spazi ampi. Ottimi il parcheggio nel cortile e lo Spielplatz interno. Di più non potevamo chiedere. Era la seconda volta che alloggiavamo in questo appartamento e torniamo sempre volentieri.

Everything was so lovely and peaceful. I stayed here for a month and if I could I really wanna stay more! After arrived here, I could feel the warm ambiance and there's a lot of sweet neighbors. Ulf also introduced to me in detail the various experiences that can be enjoyed around the neighborhood. The village is safe so you can go anywhere even if it's after midnight. (I can highly recommend here if you have children cause this place is really good for your child :) ) And if you walk like 6-7 min, you can find the market. Also you can take the S bahn, U bahn, tram and bus. If you prefer walking to taking the transportation, you can get to the Mauer park in 18 min by walking from here. The biggest reason I loved this house was because it was very warm and clean. And you can use the water purifier and plenty of cutlery. I can recommend this house for the long term guests. (and also the short term guest too!) If I could have any chance, I'll stay here again. Thanks to Ulf!

Wer einen interessanten Städteurlaub in der Potsdam plant und trotzdem eine ruhige Unterkunft möchte, in der auch die Erholung nicht zu kurz kommt, ist hier genau richtig. Einerseits kann man hier die vielfältigen kulturellen Angebote der Stadt Potsdam nutzen aber auch bei verträumten Wanderungen durch die in unmittelbarere Nähe befindlichen Parks Schlosspark Babelsberg und Volkspark Glienicke entspannende Ruhe finden. Auch die Unterkunft selbst lädt zur Entspannung ein. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub / Wochenendtrip.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, 5 Tage in einer beeindruckenden Villa zu verbringen. Die Lage war ruhig, ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der großzügige Poolbereich und die wunderschöne Terrasse, die zu entspannten Stunden einladen.

Die Kommunikation mit Annett verlief schnell und sehr angenehm. Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung liegen abseits von Berlin und sind mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Zudem ist das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße, Murat

Świetny apartament, piękne mieszkanie, super wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z Gospodarzem, czytelne wskazówki, check-in o dowolnej godzinie. Gorąco polecam.

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

The appartment is located in the corner of the town and is very peaceful. Suitable for a holiday. The room was extraordinarily spacious. My favourite part was the spacious bathroom.

I was visiting an institute in Freidrichschagen so very convenient. It's a very comfortable location, easy to get into central Berlin by train. Apartment was very clean, sunny, well furnished - a good apartment to come home to each day. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We would certainly stay again!

Wie eine Hotel Atmosphäre aber privat wie zu Hause. Schön eingerichtet, man findet dort alles was man braucht, mit gute Qualität. Räumig und elegant ohne das Comfort zu vergessen.

We had a lovely stay at Nadja's place! The apartment was perfect - very comfortable and spotlessly clean - it had everything we needed. We felt relaxed there and slept very well. In a convenient location close to U Bahn. Highly recommend it and we would definitely stay again!

L'apt de Marylin est vraiment génial, tres clair, spacieux, bien équipé, chaleureux. On s'y est immédiatement sentis bien. Pour cette période noel en famille, avec une meteo tres médiocre, nous étions heureux de profiter du salon cosy, du magnifique sapin de Noël et de la clarté de la terrasse et des grandes baies vitrées. Les 5 étages à pied ne sont pas un probleme, il faut juste être prevoyant et ne pas oublier la liste de course! La station de métro était deserte à cette periode et occupée essentiellement de gens un peu paumés, inoffensifs mais drogue et alcool visibles partout. Pas dincidents mais clairement cette partie du quartier peut ne pas plaire à tout le monde. Le prix nous a donc paru un petit peu élevé pour 6 nuits, compte tenu du quartier populaire et excentré. Pour autant, je recommande chaudement ce logement. Les propriétaires ont été d'une extrême gentillesse, tjs prévoyants et arrangeants. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à sejourner chez eux. Merci!

Die Wohnung von Markus und Kristina ist einfach nur wunderschön! Wir sind dieses Wochenende zu einem Familientreffen zusammengekommen- 4 Generationen Egal welche Generation- ob über 80 Jahre alt oder 16 Jahre alt- alle waren begeistert vom ersten Moment an! Für unsere ganz Kleinen war ebenso gesorgt wie für die Großen was Spielsachen und Lesematerial angeht - wir haben überall ein offenes Herz für Kinder wahrgenommen Wir würden mit Freude jederzeit wieder kommen! Dankeschön an die ganze Familie!

Alles rundum super in dieser Unterkunft. Ich fand die Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen vor. Die Lage ist aufgrund der Nähe zum S+U Gesundbrunnen einfach super. Check-in & Kommunikation wirklich perfekt. Das Haus ist hellhörig - Nachbarn und fahrender Aufzug sind zu hören. So fühlte ich mich weniger als Touristin :)

Een prachtig appartement aan de rand van hartje Berlijn. Een prima verblijf om vanuit hier de stad te verkennen. Het appartement ligt in een zijstraat van de grotere weg, maar de rust in de buurt voelt goed. De auto mag gratis geparkeerd, alleen bleek er weinig plek (wij waren er dan ook rondom de feestdagen). In de nabij gelegen parkeergarages kun je de auto ook veilig parkeren. Het appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien, en zeer netjes en schoon. Twee slaapkamers met twee fijne bedden, en twee badkamers, ideaal! Douche is heerlijk. De vloerverwarming maakt het overal behaaglijk. De keuken bevat alles wat je nodig hebt (alhoewel Berlijn ontelbare fijne restaurants heeft..) Een eettafel en een fijne zithoek maakt het meer dan af. Jan heeft diverse informatie over alles wat Berlijn aantrekkelijk maakt. Ook reageert hij snel op vragen, en zowel op de dag van aankomst als de dag van vertrek stuurt hij een berichtje met laatste info. Kortom, zeer aan te bevelen!
