This is a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. Lovely grounds with trampoline, bbq, ping pong, outdoor seating and everything you can think of needing. It's in a rural area but close to town so you feel like you are secluded. Town was a 5 min drive. The were very responsive to our needs and we fantastic to work with as we had some special requests. I highly recommend this property.

Die Unterkunft hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit Florian. Der private Wellnessbereich hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Konnte schön ungestört entspannen. Jederzeit wieder :)

We hebben met onze vriendengroep een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. Een fijn huisje, mooi in de natuur, met meer dan genoeg ruimte. Zeker aan te raden!

Een mooi huis, goed verzorgd, schoon, rustige en mooie omgeving, veel te doen in en rondom het huis, veel mooie wandelingen mogelijk in de omgeving, aardige en toegankelijke host.

Mooie en rustige locatie dicht bij de Maas. Prachtige rustieke gebouwen met veel buitenruimte en speelfaciliteiten voor kleine kinderen. Dichtbij het Baarlo, een leuk dorpje met goede voorzieningen. Opvallend pluspunt was de zeer goede geluidsisolatie binnen onze accommodatie. We waren met vier gezinnen en hebben geen enkele geluidsoverlast op de slaapkamers ervaren.

Absolutely fantastic place, very peaceful and quiet. I loved the surrounding, a combination of rural environment with hints of wild nature to it. Riet and her partner have created themselves a small piece of quiet, with the possibility to walk around their small pond, and they even created a small beach with an entrance to the pond.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man könnte den HutTub fürs Ambiente noch nach draußen verlagern, ansonsten ist aber alles ganz fein. Baarlo ist sicherlich nicht Amsterdam, aber die Erwartung sollte man ja auch nicht haben wenn man dort bucht. Für unser Männerwochenende, war das Haus so gut ausgestattet und hat so viel Platz geboten, dass wir keine zusätzlichen Aktivitäten vermisst. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Een top huis om met een grote groep te verblijven! Huis is groter dan op de foto’s lijkt. Voldoende stretchers aanwezig en makkelijk om tentjes voor de deur te plaatsen! Bart reageert snel en denkt mee. Voor grote groepen echt een aanrader zo in de bossen

We were travelling back from Finland to the UK with our 2 dogs and needed somewhere to stay for our last night. Ideally we would be able to self cater and give our dogs a good long walk. After explaining the situation to Fridolin, he invited us to book. We arrived late afternoon, check in was easy and the annexe was just perfect for our needs😁It had a very homely feel and some very nice touches as well. Using the directions given, we gave our dogs a much needed long walk in the countryside right from the front door in the evening sunshine😎🐾🐾 With big name supermarkets nearby we were able to get our supplies for dinner and breakfast👍🏻 We slept like logs on a super comfy bed, the house is in a dead end road so was very peaceful. After another long walk, we left feeling like we had found a little gem and wishing we could have stayed another night. We would not hesitate to stay again should we be passing by and happily recommend to others.

Nach einem sonnigen Wochenende im schönen Wassum planen wir nun einen weiteren Aufenthalt bei Yvonne. Sobald man auf den gemütlichen Innenhof fährt und vor Palme und Teich parkt, ist das Urlaubsfeeling perfekt. Das Chalet und der dazugehörige Garten sind sehr einladend gestaltet und bieten viele Möglichkeiten, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir waren mit Hund und Baby unterwegs. Für unser Baby haben wir ein Reisebett gestellt bekommen und der Vierbeiner durfte den eingezäunten Garten nutzen, um sich richtig auszutoben. Durch Yvonnes gastfreundliche und herzliche Art haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Danke hierfür und auf ein Neues! 🙏🏼👌🏼

Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!

Wie auch schon beim letzten Besuch hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen! Supernette Gastgeber, ein sehr schönes, mit Liebe ausgestattetes Apartement. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der warmen Frühlingssonne auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Auch unser Hund Max hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, direkt vor der Türe lädt der Wald zu Exkursionen ein. It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

Great stay! Adrian was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, and he was always quick to help with any questions. Highly recommend!

Sam has been very responsive from the start :) the apartment is very clean and tidy, spacious for the three of us to stay. The location is very convenient - there’s public transport connections on footsteps that will take you right to the city centre. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Sam and Happy New Year!

Es ist alles da,was man so braucht.

Het huisje was zo ontzettend mooi! Het rook heerlijk naar hout. En het geeft echt een gezellig gevoel. Alles is schoon en verzorgd. Ik zou het huisje iedereen aanraden. Er is ook een bos in de buurt, waar je lekker kan lopen. En genoeg ruimte om te parkeren. Bij binnenkomst lag er op tafel een flesje champagne met bonbonnetjes en een kaasplankje, dat vonden we echt ontzettend leuk en lekker!

Great apartment, very nice, spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and would be happy to come back again. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Lots of nature in the area. Wild birds and animals. We particularly enjoyed the nature trails which were within walking distance, or just relaxing in the yard watching the horse walk by. We loved it. Thanks Linda for everything.

Everythinng worked fine for a two - month stay.. Fully equipped both in kitchen and furniture - wise. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Elena was easy to get hold of .

Fantastisch familieweekend gehad! Er is veel te doen in de omgeving voor jong en oud. Dennis geeft goede tips over wandelroutes, winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Verder was de accommodatie schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Toverland ligt echt om de hoek, dus dat was een mooie afsluiting op de laatste dag. We hebben genoten!!

We spent a week in Wilfried’s apartment, which was perfect for remote working. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals, but there are also restaurants within walking distance. The terrace was ideally positioned for soaking up the sun and the pool was definitely a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended.

Super schöne Unterkunft . Nah der Messe . Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und out super unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
