Perfect getaway! Loved the location and amenities. Being able to kayak right from the dock was amazing. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a fun day on the water. Would highly recommend.

John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

The property is centrally located and walkable to John's Pass. The unit was clean and if we were planning to go to the beach it was well stocked and ready. We did have an issue upon arrival with our parking spot being taken due to the festival, but Mainstay was super responsive, jumped into action, made some calls and got it resolved quickly. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone! Very clean and everything you need is right there! Not to mention the views!! Front and back of the property just absolutely breathtaking! Even got to see dolphins in the bay behind the entrance! Very happy I booked here and was sad to leave!

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing time here lots of places to drive to nearby. Even if you just want to stay in the house there is plenty to do whether it’s fishing at the nearby pond or chillin poolside and hot tub at night. We had fun playing pool and playing card games with the family at night. Hose was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The beds were also super comfortable which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely come back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

This is such a gem. The location on the river is perfect to get to Roger’s Park via kayak or walking. If you choose to launch the kayaks, which I would recommend highly, the set up is really easy—even for the biggest one and Kevin has everything you need. We paddled up river and saw an otter and two manatees and then floated back. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a group. My kids were in the heated pool every day and had an absolute blast. There is a big table right by the pool that is great for meals. We will definitely be back.

Loved Ozona and the surrounding area. Geoffrey’s house was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of space for us and the grown up kids. Hats off for getting the place straight after the hurricane, great job. You would not know anything as happened. Loved being by the water and spent hours on the balcony watching the antics of the squirrels and fishing birds. Highly recommend his place.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. I could cook all day in the kitchen with that view. Brought our bikes and rode to town to shop and eat. Great location. Joey was very responsive and helpful and Incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks Joey for everything!

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! I rented the place for myself and my two daughters (13 and 7) for a week, and everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views and location were beautiful. My older daughter had a swim meet in St. Petersburg, about 25 minutes away, and the drive was easy. We visited Upham Beach, just 10 minutes away. The pool area was our favorite, great views, a nice breeze, and plenty of seating. Urzula provided beach towels, which was super helpful. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the rinse-off area by the pool. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed cooking with the water view, and the oven didn’t heat up the space. My older daughter used the bedroom, and I shared the easy-to-set-up sofa bed with my youngest. Urzula was very responsive and updated our booking when we needed to arrive a day early. Check-in was smooth, and parking felt safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

This place was wonderful. Very well stocked condo with everything you could need for your stay. We loved walking to dinner at night and watching dolphins from the balcony in the mornings! Great place to stay!

This is a great place to vacation! Everything was as stated and David stayed in communication through texts. We didn't need to contact him because everything was so clear. Would highly recommended staying here!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

The condo location is perfect as it's across the street from the beach but the condo overlooks the bay so it is peaceful and you don't hear any of the loud motorcycles/cars that go down the main street. I was able to find covered parking at the condo everyday so your car isn't baking in the sun. You also have access to a pool and hot tub that we used every day. You are only about a 5 min walk to St. Johns Pass - which has numerous restaurants, water activities, shopping and ice cream shops.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Rosana's condo is clean and she gives great attention to details. Beautiful views and great facility. We would definitely stay at Rosana's again.
