this was a great house to live in for my first time visiting Nigeria. Kemi was great and very helpful as well as Moses the caretaker. I will definitely see if this house is available the next time I visit

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans la villa de Maimouna. Un logement fonctionnel , bien équipé avec un jardin et une piscine ; très appréciable avec la chaleur . Nos vifs remerciements à Ali le gardien , pour sa disponibilité et sa présence et à l’incontournable Hadj Babou pour ses nombreux services et sa bonté exceptionnelle .

Le sèjour fût très agréable. Je recommande la Villa de Hermann. La ménagére à bien fait aon travail rt le contact sur place repondait chaquefdois à temps.

Très satisfait du séjour. Le propriétaire est disponible, proactif et gentil. Il a d’ailleurs proposé de nous surclasser et nous a aidé à nous restaurer durant tout le séjour. Je recommande fortement.

L'appartement est parfait très grand et très propre, TV Netflix. Ventilos partout, canapé très confortable, bref on est com à la maison. Amadou est très sympathique, avec de bon sujet de conversation, il aime beaucoup les enfants et les enfants l'aime beaucoup.

Wifi was Abit slow but everything else was okay. It was worth he money . I would stay there again

The security of the area was top-notch, Roseline apartment was homely very nice, clean and 24hrs power supply, Yinka the host was very responsive to our needs, overall I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment 😀 I will surely recommend, it to friends, and come back again.

Just heads up. This is one of the few places that have a backup power (solar). It can power one ac and other throughout the whole night. It will last half the night when all the ac's are turned on. Other than that it's a great place.

This airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. What you see is what you get. Tobi the manager was very nice and courteous. I will definitely be visiting again.

My stay in Lekki Phase 1 at Marcs place was lovely. The pictures resonated with reality and the location first and foremost was SAFE. SAFE being the operative word in Nigeria. Private/gated road, with gated access to the property. Marc was very flexible with my fluid travel schedule across various states in Nigeria and allowed me to change the stay within reason. The housekeeper Ola was on hand at the property site to help with adjusting/settling in and gave me some good travel recommendations. Air conditioning in the property was excellent and the main living room/parlour was spacious and modern (large flat screen smart TV/netflix/youtube etc). Everything about the space was adequate for my side with plenty of shopping amenities nearby in Lekki generally also VI (victoria Island) destinations not a far uber ride away. The famous Nike art gallery is walkable from the location and its safe to do so in this area. Ill be returning here when I stay again in Lagos/Lekki. Recommended!

Since I’ve discovered this location I cannot choose any other. The house was perfect with the beach 🏖️ not far from the location. I’ve enjoyed exploring the area which has plenty of great restaurants and bars. overall my experience was nothing short of amazing. The security in the area was perfect. I cannot recommend Phillip and his property highly enough. Amazing place to stay for vacation and peace of mind.

Nice place in a safe quiet gated community. This home was comfortable but coming from the US we have different expectations like more towels especially a dish rag to clean dishes and wash rags and towels for bathing. We also expect more toilet paper to be left in the place as well at the least one extra roll and paper towels.
