The best condo I’ve had on Arctic Ave, matched the pictures, is the cleanest, end unit, furniture in great condition. Linens had neutral scent, sheets and towels in great condition, condo smelled clean, very neat and useable. Kitchen easy to cook in. Small things to note- this is on the second floor, unit 6 isn’t so clear to know that from. All the showers are bathtubs to step into (could use grab bars if you are elderly). Mattress on King bed needs flipping or replacing as there’s a a major depression in it from people sleeping on it in the same location. Screen door in living room is ripped, which I brought to their attention when I arrived, they said they would send maintenance, but no one ever came, it’s now screen door open weather unfortunately. Still had a great stay, hope they get the door fixed and will definitely stay there again. It’s our new favorite condo.

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a very walkable and safe area. Our only complaint was that there are some areas of the ceiling that are peeling off. Otherwise, this was so peaceful and the view was better than expected! Thank you!

Amazing view and amenities! Super host!

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The condo was clean, furnished and stocked well, and decorated beautifully. Hiroko was very helpful and pleasant. The area was quiet at night and in the morning. We could actually hear the waves as we went to sleep. One thing I appreciated is that the linens, towels and even toilet paper were nice - not just the cheapest version as you often see in a rental. Beach access was convenient, as were several restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and just as described. The pictures on the listing didn’t match the interior, but perhaps they are remodeling. Super easy walk to the beach and a fun walk or bike ride to the Pavillion. We look forward to returning in the future.

Blessed Rest is the perfect name for this place. The view from the balcony overlooks the golf course and the deer walk right across it as the sun sets. A cozy place to rest and unwind at the end of the day. Well stocked with cooking utensils, we really enjoyed the blue diamond ceramic coated skillet which made cooking breakfast quick and easy. The beds were comfy with soft sheets and great pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a nice 4 night stay. Condo is well equipped and a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Planning to come back to Folly in a few months and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

A group of 4 of us went into Charleston for a girls weekend and really enjoyed our stay at Hayden’s place. The place was very cutely set up, it felt like plenty of space to lounge in the living room and chat, and was just generally cozy and clean, we appreciated the clear instructions for everything, and the local recommendations. Thanks for such a great stay during our visit!

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location! This condo was perfect for our multi week stay and everything was in excellent working condition and absolutely spotless!! ITrips was quick to respond to an internet question. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine after a long drive ! We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect, steps from beach and 1 block from an excellent restaurant, Chico Feo, and Bert’s Deli. Sitting out on the deck listening to the waves and watching the world go by was so relaxing for me, my husband and our 2 dogs. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.

My friend and I had a great stay! The home is exactly like it's pictured and easy to find. Michaela is very responsive and gave us everything we needed for our stay. The home is also a quick 20ish minute drive to downtown which worked out perfectly for us.

We originally booked Chris's place because he was the only listing with a first floor bedroom and walk in shower attached to it. That was the most important feature I was looking for to accommodate my elderly father so kudos to Chris for having this feature, there aren't many out there. The minute we crossed the threshold I immediately felt at ease. The home is warm and inviting, it felt as if I was going into a home I was familiar with. We were there for a wedding so unfortunately we did not get to spend a whole lot of time inside there but when we were there we had everything we needed. The community is really nice and very quiet. The area has many stores, restaurants and take out close by and if you want to go into Charleston it's not far at all and you get to drive over the most spectacular bridge to get there. I definitely would recommend Chris's place to any of my family or friends without hesitation. Book this gem, you won't regret it.

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

Lori's place is in a great location for spending a day at Folly Beach or sight seeing in Charleston! Everything was clean and in order. It was mostly easy to find except the Marsh Winds sign is parallel to the road, it would be easier to spot if it were perpendicular. (But that really has nothing to do with the Airnb rental)

Kathy was an amazing host! before we even arrived she called to notify us of a few issues that she was diligently working to resolve. By the time we arrived everything was perfect. Kathy has literally thought of everything. If you have forgotten something, don't worry, Kathy didn't. This is now our go to place!!! Thank you for everything Kathy.

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

Super close walk to the beach, had beach chairs and umbrella, lots of beach towels. King size bed was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Only downside was that the pocket door to the main bedroom is still broken, as mentioned in other reviews.

We spent 5 wonderful days in this Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect—close to the beach yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet environment. Amy's communication was excellent, and her follow-up throughout our stay was flawless. She ensured everything went smoothly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place, especially for families
