Place as described. Very convenient as we can walk around Psyri, Plaka, Monastiraki and Metro Syntagma. We even hike up to Lycabettus Hill. The Greek cuisine at Mantra Taverns at Pysri was awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay with Elina! Location was great- 20 minute walk to Centro, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great bakery right across the street with super friendly staff. We went there almost everyday. Elina was responsive- we asked her for a new pan and knife for cooking and she delivered. Bed was comfy and the balcony is nice. There is a bar downstairs which can be a little noisy until around midnight, but we had no problem sleeping! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Elina!!

We loved staying at Senait and Constantino's place! It's a beautiful duplex apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. And the views from the balconies even look BETTER than the pictures. Their apartment is on the top floor with nothing obstructing the view. You can see all the way to the Agean Sea in the distance. Also, street parking has become very difficult to find in Kipesli. It was so great to have a dedicated spot to park our car! Senait was especially helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and was very detailed about all the apartment's amenities. She was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed immediate assistance (even when we reached out very early in the morning). We loved staying here and hope we can stay here again in the future!

Excellent host who wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Vassilis was always friendly and professional. He was super responsive when a couple of issues cropped up. He addressed them quickly. If you are there on a Thursday, the weekly laïki (open air market) is in the parking lot across the street - great for fresh produce. There is a super market (MyMarket) a couple of blocks down the street and Hondos department store across the street. Very close to a couple of our favorite tavernas: Zahoulis and Proedros (Ο Πρόεδρος).

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Excellent séjour dans le logement d'Andrianos, idéalement placé en plein centre. Nous avons adoré le quartier, la ville, la vue de l'appartement, la proximité des centres d'intérêts (visites, restaurants...). Andrianos a su nous donner tous les renseignements nécessaires pour arriver à son appartement à une heure tardive (2h00). Un séjour à renouveler parce que 3 jours c'est trop court, nous reviendrons pour 1 semaine à coup sur.

We liked the flat a lot, it's a great value for the price. The kitchen is a bit small, but we managed to get by really well. Apart from that the apartment is really big and well located, there are bakeries, restaurants and cafes and the city centre is reachable on foot. Alexandros was really nice and helpful. We had a nice stay

O χώρος είναι εξαιρετικός για απόδραση από την ρουτίνα. Δεν υπάρχουν πολλοί χώροι με μπιλιάρδο , βελάκια και συνδρομητικά κανάλια. Η οικοδέσποινα επικοινωνιακή, διακριτική και διαθέσιμη για πληροφορίες σχετικά με την περιοχή . Θα τη ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα

Giannis house has a lot of character, amazing views and well equipped with everything we need. Looking at Acropolis from the place everyday is amazing. And it is very quiet. The hard thing is the steps and uphill to go into the house, but you get nice view and peace in return.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

Πολύ ωραιο διαμερισμα σε τρομερη τοποθεσια, 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το μετρό. Το σπιτι καθαρο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο και ο οικοδεσποτης διαθεσιμος να βοηθησει στο οτιδηποτε!

Αθανάσια και η μαμά της, η Δώρα, είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, και κάνουν το παν να διευκολύνουν τη παραμονή σάς. Μας άφησαν να μπούμε λίγο νωρίς στο διαμέρισμα, και επειδή είχαμε ξεκινήσει από της 4.30πμ από τα Ιωάννινα, οι οικογένειά μου έπεσε για ύπνο αμέσως ενώ εγώ πήγα μια βόλτα στην αρτοποιεία, χαζεύοντας όλα τα όμορφα σπιτάκια, και φυτά στα χωράφια. Είχαμε πρωινή πτήση οπότε έπεσα νωρίς για ύπνο, ενώ οι άλλοι τρεις βγήκανε παρέα με μια φίλη. Το παρκάρισμα είναι άνετα και η περιοχή πολύ ασφαλείς. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο πρώτο όροφο με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα προς τα βουνά. Είναι ευρύχωρα και άνετα για ένα ζευγάρι, και 2 άτονα επιπλέον, θερμαίνεται καλά το χειμώνα, 20 λεπτά απ'το αεροδρόμιο με αμάξι και και έτσι μας ταιριάζε εντελώς.

Alles was echt top! we kwamen laat aan, maar dit was geen probleem omdat de sleutels in een kluisje bij de voordeur hingen. het appartement is echt top! Er is genoeg ruimte, de bedden liggen erg lekker, we kregen badhandoeken, keuken apparatuur zag er goed uit en alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. De omgeving is ook top, alles is lekker dichtbij. je bent binnen 15 minuten lopen al bij mooie monumenten en de tram en metro zijn ook goed dichtbij. Thalia is een zeer vriendelijke host die heel snel reageert en graag helpt. Dus ik zou zeker aanraden om als je in Athene ben, om hier te verblijven.

Η Αντωνία ήταν άψογη οικοδέσποινα. Ειδική μνεία οφείλω και στον Παναγιώτη ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας. Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, είναι πεντακάθαρο, και συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, fast food, στάση τραινου όλα σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ.

Marianna's place was amazing. perfect location from the airport, very easy to find and very easy checking in with the lock box. Marianna also provided a lovely breakfast and a wonderful bottle of wine! thank you very much Marianna, we will definitely stay again soon!!

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβός όπως στις φωτογραφίες, είναι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων και μέτρο, όμορφη γειτονιά με πολλές επιλογές για καφέ και φαγητό. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα Αγγελική.

Myrsini as a person, my partner and I fell in love with. She reminds me of my mother lol. She's very spunky, proactive, personable, and responds to your messages immediately. The apartment itself is exactly as in the pictures, views and all. Getting into the building wasn't a question because Myrsini was waiting for us. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but there's nothing to worry about because there is an elevator- its an interesting one, in a positive way. The location of the apartment is good for families because there is a small park right across, within the church's space. There are some local restaurants, a really nice seafood restaurant, grocery stores, and several coffee shops, all within walking distance. Transportation was also pretty easy; trains, buses, and the hop on hop off buses were within a five minutes of the apartment. Honestly, I'm a little sad I didn't stay a little longer.

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος όλα άψογα και πολυ καθαρά σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω.

Unsere Zeit in Athen war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist in einer coolen Lage, groß genug und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider war es in unserer Zeit bewölkt und daher etwas kalt, wir haben trotzdem den schönen Balkon genutzt. Man ist schnell überall in der Stadt wegen der Nähe zur Metro. Es gibt in der Umgebung einige Supermärkte, nette Cafés und Parks. Doros war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Danke für die Zeit in Athen, wir würden uns immer wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden!

Πολύ ευρύχωρο το σπίτι και άνετο.Καθαρο και περιποιημένο.Εχεις την αίσθηση της μονοκατοικίας.Ησυχη γειτονιά.Αμεση ανταπόκριση από τον ιδιοκτήτη για απορίες μου.Πολυ βολικό που έχει πάρκινγκ.

such a lovely apartment with an amazing balcony for evenings watching the wonder that is athens. compact yet fully functional this is my favourite place to stay. the area is safe and quiet which can be rare for central athens. lots of local shops around and a great street market. the local platea has lots of coffee shops to sample. I really recommend this apartment and the hosts are always amazing and quick to reply.

Στα θετικά είναι το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα προς το Λυκαβηττό, το ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη, κοντά στο κέντρο με πολλά αξιόλογα αξιοθέατα αλλά και όμορφα καφέ και ενδιαφέροντα φαγαδικα. Ο Πάνος και ο Νίκος ήταν πολύ φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί, έκαναν προτάσεις για διάφορα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής και απαντούσαν άμεσα στο τηλέφωνο για να δώσουν τις αναγκαίες πληροφορίες!!! Η διαμονή μας, τις οκτώ μέρες που μείναμε, ήταν υπέροχη και συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο τους εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτες όσο και την κατοικία τους!!!

Loved this place and would stay again if I'm back in the area. the beds were clean, comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. Her recommended taxi driver was exceptional and provided a privare tour of Athens at a very reasonable cost. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Also close to the Parthenon. The patio/terrace was a welcome place to relax outdoors. We were also accommodated with our early check-in. It was a great stay for the few days we were there, wish it could have been longer.
