Such a simple process from start to finish. With a host of issues starting with delays at the airport coming in, I needed a seamless check-in and I got exactly that. Everything from neighborhood, to the cute and private cottage feel of the mid-century home made this quick stop worth every penny!

Very nice, clean and cheap stay. It’s not bad at all for a couple days stay. The only downside is the location. It is in a rougher part of Baton Rouge so keep that in mind. I would definitely visit again but wouldn’t recommend it for someone who is a little more vulnerable.

Cute house! Flexible host! We were trying to book a house we could use for Christmas since my daughter-in-law is due in January and couldn’t travel. This house had plenty of room and space for dogs. In the end our plans changed and the dogs didn’t come, but great back yard and lower family area. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled and modern. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

One the best Airbnb's i been at. Been coming down here for 3 years to Check on my son at school, by far one of the best. places was as described and Cory was great host.

We enjoyed the house. Pool for the kids, clean and well taken care of. Great location to restaurants, stores, shopping. Great location to visit Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I would recommend this property to everyone And will stay here again if we are in the area. Host was vey responsive and accommodating.

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

This was my second stay at this home while visiting my daughter at LSU. Quiet, nice neighborhood within a short distance to restaurants and stores. The pool was heated and a fun added bonus. Would definitely recommend Tyler’s place.

We had a great stay! The host communicated clearly and promptly, making everything easy from start to finish. The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and full of character—a stunning Tudor style with lots of unique interior touches. The quaint back garden was a lovely bonus. Great place very close to school. Was 2 blocks from my daughters dorm made move in much easier . Great location ans very convenient to campus ans town. Old house so central ac not very good. Fans in every room but it would get to about 78-80’ in day and early evening in house but by bedtime ans to sleep house was cool. I personally prefwr bwttwr ac so it stays at temp. Back room def needs a window ac or a portable ac not fan so freon can vent outside. Fams hwlp but once temp hits 70 its an uphill battle to 65-68 again to sleep. I live in Florida its hot humid amd i kwwp my house 70’ in day 65 at night. The ac tbere will do it but not hold during day so house is extremely hot especially on a sunny day. Woyld def stay again id peob just being a portable ac. Def recommend to anyone looking to stay close. Neighborhood friendly neighborhoods nice. No problems.

Beautiful neighborhood- close to great restaurants, shops, and LSU. The home was so nice and bigger than we expected!

My family came down to bowl in the USBC Open Championships at the Raising Cane's River Center. Karen's home was in the perfect location being it was exactly 8 minutes away by car to the center. The 3 bedroom 1 bath was exactly as pictured & was beautiful on the inside & out. Although we did not cook because we wanted to get all the tastes of Louisiana while we were in town her kitchen was very clean, spacious & had every thing you would need to cook. The bedrooms were spacious & the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Karen was very responsive to any of my questions & gave us several suggestions for things to eat around town. One of the restaurants she suggested was Elsie's Plate & Pie that was a short walking distance of the home. We drove the few minutes to the location because it was raining but it was one of the best little restaurants I have ever ate at & was our favorite of all the places we tried in the 4 days we were in town. I highly recommend Karen & her beautiful home!

Perfect home for a LSU weekend getaway! Take a stroll and see Mike the Tiger, visit the PMAC and watch the ladies earn their way to the Final Four, view the beautiful azaleas in the Quad on a stroll to Barnes and Noble on campus and stop by Chimes for a bite on your way back. No car needed! Beautiful townhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Home was just as described on pictures. Place was very clean and nice. The furniture was amazing. To be honest this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! We couldn’t get in at first, but he responded right away and sent his son to help us within less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be staying here again next time we visit Baton Rouge..

Great location, great place. Everything was perfect!

I honestly didn’t have to reach out to Walter during my stay because the home had everything we could have needed. We stayed there for dance competition @ the Raising Canes River Center & it was absolutely perfect! It will definitely be our new go to for dance competitions & any LSU sporting events we attend. Walter was very kind & answered all of my questions prior to booking very quickly. The ceiling in the living room with the skylights was just beautiful & so was the tranquility of the adorable back patio. It was a great place for morning coffee & prayer time.
