Everything was perfect with the condo. Only disappointing part was Sunday right after check out we took the kids back to the beach and they told us the complimentary chairs and umbrella are no longer honored day of check out.

This was an exceptional Airbnb with an exceptional host. We are a family with a five-year-old, 10-year-old, 14-year-old and there was plenty of games and activities for all to enjoy. We were delighted with Sandra and she was very responsive to all of our needs. Everyone had an awesome experience.

Rose was a great communicator and over delivered in what was in the condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Anything we could have needed was there from extra blankets to beach towels to coffee maker (k Cup) to laundry pods and more. We were so pleased with our stay and our mini vacation.

This placewas just right for my family's stay in Galveston. It has everything we needed. Sandra and Jody were so responsive from the moment I booked till the end. The location is convenient with a beautiful view. Thanknyou for offering a neat place.

This is a great get away where you can walk right to the beach without any traffic.

A wonderful spot for a family mini-break. The condo was clean, well-stocked (lots of pillows!), and comfortable (great a/c.) The beach is a short walk from the condo to a communal boardwalk. The beach is clean with calm water, lots of families and cute dogs on leashes. People do drive vehicles on the beach here, not obnoxiously but just a heads up. Overall a great spot!

It is the place to get away from all your troubles. Bring your family and rest easy. Wonderful view and clean beach. The best deal on the market. The host is always responsive and proactive. You won’t find a better deal.

Had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, and well appointed. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf from all balconies. Check in was extremely easy. Wonderful hosts! We will be back!

We rented this unit for a one night stay & we will definitely be coming back for an extended stay! The unit had a great location to a lot of Galvestons hot spots, ocean view & plenty of parking (which is always a big thing for me when booking). The unit was very well kept & clean along with the complex itself. The staff of the complex were very kind & helpful. We unfortunately did not have time to check out the amenities that were offered, it hope to get the chance when we book again. The host was great & responded to messages quickly. Definitely a great place to book for your next Galveston getaway!!!

Lovely place with a nice view. The weather was chilly but the heated pool was enjoyed by our boys. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfy! There is some renovation being done so the hot tub wasn't available but the pool was very warm! When the renovation is finished it will be beautiful I'm sure! We were able to check in early which was wonderful. April was very quick to respond and accommodating! Thank you for a great stay! We would recommend.

We enjoyed our five week stay. Sandra had everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean waves was very peaceful. Sandra was available if we needed her, everything was just pefect already. The candy and wine at check-in was an unexpected Valentines treat.

Last minute trip. Was super quick to respond with lots of info. Fantastic location and place. Thank you again!

Our timing was unfortunate following Hurricane Beryl, and FASA was still trying to accommodate the Nationals softball tournament. It seemed like the front of the complex was already undergoing updates and sustained further damage, but the unit was nice. Pools were unavailable for us, but the proximity to the beach with the large pools, if open, would be a great getaway for small families. Rene was very responsive throughout our stay and kept us up to date with notifications from the local area, but unfortunately, the power outage was not resolved. We'll have to try again another time!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the kitchen is really well stocked and labeled. The back patio is large and has a beautiful view. We loved the Ninja pellet grill on patio! There are lots of great amenities around the property, but the downside is that we had to drive to them, as we were traveling with young children, and it was too far to walk. I would suggest renting a golf cart if you are staying for more than a few days.

Loved this space, it was very peaceful. The condo was spacious and well stocked with a lot of extras that were a nice touch. My family likes to enjoy the beach and it was very convenient for spending them there. The beach was not overly crowded and was exactly what we were looking for. The basketball court was nearby, and my family enjoyed having close access to it as an added bonus.

Beautiful vacation spot, comfortable beds, amazing view of the gulf coast, friendly staff. Let’s to do in the area, the condo has a lot of room! Would definitely recommend this stay! This is our second time staying at this resort, this time a bigger condo! The pools were clean, and hot tubs were perfect!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in the San Luis Resort. The home is lovely and clean, with all expected amenities. The management team was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous views abound from this lovely Condo adjoined with the San Luis Resort in Galveston, TX. Facilities were clean and easy to access, and William with Vacasa was wonderful to work with. Would recommend!

This condo was very comfortable! The living space with a big TV was great for watching football. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and made eating in easy which was great for our group.

The Emerald was very nice. The staff were great! The pool was awesome. Russo's was really good for meals and right next door. The only very minor negative was that the concierge had no record of our reservation and had to call Vacasa to get it sent over. She was not happy about that at all because she felt it reflected poorly on the Emerald... We told her it did not.... Vacasa, yep! But not the Emerald :).
