Review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location is great, making it easy for us to commute to Behala every day.. The host provided clear instructions, which made check-in and everything else smooth. Communication was effortless, and any questions were quickly answered. A special mention to the cleaning lady, who was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location. Near to the airport, Dud-Dum Metro and Nagerbazar (local market) is stone throw away. This was our 2nd stay, and we love it there. Our stay was very comfortable, the host is super responsive and accommodating and his Mother-in-law provided us with all amenities as requested. The place is well maintained and spotless. It's a home away from home. Thank you, Kanchan, for providing us with the Airbnb property at such a great location!

The property is well-connected and hosts were very hospitable. The place felt like a home away from home.

It’s a spacious apartment all to yourself, tucked away about 100 meters away from the hustle bustle of the bus depot and train station, from where you can catch buses to Darjeeling. As such you gotta hear the train horns , which didn’t bother me. Next door the neighbor has 6 dogs , and they start barking sometimes. Other than that, the place is real nice, overlooking a peaceful garden. I would stay again.

One of the best person I ever met during my travel. Very helpful with everything I asked and a great humble person. The stay was so clean and well managed and it is better than what it looks like in the photos.

Swaroop’s house is beautifully curated with a lot of thought about prospective guests. It is huge and can house easily 10-12 people. The food provided was homemade and delectable. Swaroop and his team were helpful and made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. My one warning would be: if you are driving here- please note the last 5 mins of the drive is wobbly and can make going out by car a task. Walking is fine though. Recommend 🌸

I had a great time at Mimo's nest. This is situated conveniently and has a very peaceful environment. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and has all requisite amenities. The hosts are welcoming & helpful and non intrusive at the same time. I had a great experience and would love to stay again in the future.

Our stay at Raha Stays hosted by Girish was truly exceptional. Here’s why: - Host (Girish): - Picked us up from Ghoom station and guided us to the property. - Shared detailed recommendations for exploring Darjeeling over three days. - Treated us like friends, with no conditions or restrictions—just pure hospitality. - Property: - Even better than the pictures—spacious, well-equipped, and serene. - Located 2 km from Ghoom in a remote and peaceful area. - Fully equipped kitchen (utensils, geyser) and modern washrooms (hair dryer, washing machine). - Activities: - Start your day with stunning sunrises over the valleys. - Trek to nearby tea gardens, cross valleys, and rivers—it’s the highlight of the stay! - Enjoy unlimited bonfires under a clear, star-filled sky (turn off property lights for the best view). - Extras: - House help arranged by Girish for cooking and cleaning (food was average but authentic). We’re definitely coming back!

The first thing that strikes one's imagination is the warm and friendly welcoming we received from the Host and her husband. They stay in the property itself and are eager to address any emergent situation. Secondly, the floors are cleaned and mopped daily to ensure hygiene. Good cutlery, Gas connection, Water Purifier etc are available in the kitchen for use. Thirdly, I found the layout Vastu compliant which produces positivity. An added attraction is a Dove's nest on the fan of the balcony, confirming a tranquil atmosphere. There's also an work station with a single bed in case one needs little extra space for urgent work. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the cooperative host enhanced that homely feeling. Thank you.

We went two days before holi and hence did not get parking in the property on the first day. They ask for Aadhar card photocopy for each guest before entry. Electric rickshaws carry you and the luggage from the main gate to the place you are staying. Checkin takes around 10-15 mins. The complex is beautiful. It is very green and just staying at the complex itself is worth it. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One has a cupboard and one does not. The one cupboard is 50% filled with mattresses etc. The ground floor has an open kitchen and living room which is great. AC in the bedrooms, none on the ground floor. Enough and more ventilation though. The kitchen can do with more cleaning. One bathroom on the ground floor without hot water. One on the first floor with hot water. Both are clean. Ruban is not the owner but manages the property remotely. He has people in the property who help with cleaning and cooking too if you want. Overall the complex is really worth it.

Mr.Pankaj is a great host in Kolkata , his accomodation is around 40 mintues far from howrah train station and approx 20 km from the airport , my stay over there was cool as I had expected, pankaj ji full filled the expectation, he is kind humble IT specialist that help the guest to stay in Kolkata. house is same as it's display on the listing, there is clean bed 🛏️ with Good maintained kitchen and bathroom 🪥 if you are willing to travel kolkata and searching for stay i recommend you to stay with Pankaj Ji. great host !!!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at The Big Small House 🏠. From the moment we checked in, we could tell that a lot of care had gone into making this home welcoming and comfortable. The location was ideal for us, offering a great balance between convenience and tranquility. We spent our day exploring Kolkata and loved coming back to such a relaxing space in the evening. This wasn’t just a place to sleep—it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families looking for a warm and hassle-free stay!

Nice place. Spacious and had all the amenities. Host is very helpful and responsive. Washing machine is a plus, and the AC works well :)

Place as described. Really lovely place.The views are unforgettable. Not recommended if you have mobility issues as the road leading up to the building is narrow, dark and uneven. Also steep climb to the main road. Great for younger people who have no issues with an uphill walk to the main road. The place itself is most highly recommended and of great value. Perfect for WFH, a mindful or romantic getaway.
