A beautiful Air B&B home with well equipped kitchen and seating space for all guests to socialise. As our stay was short whilst attending a wedding at the Crazy Bear we didn’t make the most of the facilities but would definitely recommend. Ann was a superb host, responding to queries immediately and offering us a late check out which was most appreciated.

What a fabulous place. We had a family reunion at the lodge and it was the perfect space. Brilliant facilities and everything was really clean and comfortable. Beautiful views across the lake were an added bonus.

We had a wonderful long weekend staying here , the caravan is beautiful and absolutely spotless throughout. 10/10. Well equipped and a great location for enjoying Hoburne , the lake views and the surrounding area . Lisa is the perfect host , so friendly, helpful and responsive. Thank you so much. This was our second visit and we’ll definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others .

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We were looking for a rural city break weekend with close friends and couldn't have found anywhere more fitting. Charlotte's cottage was perfect. couldn't recommend it enough. thank you!

booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

Fiona was a great host - really helpful instructions to help us find the place and on hand during our stay for any issues. We had no issues in this beautiful location. Amazing garden and views of the river just beside the house - very easy to walk to. The annexe has been set up very well with everything you’d need. It’s very comfortable and particularly lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up over the river. Beds are comfy and both showers are good with plenty of hot water. Sofas are comfortable and plenty of room for 3 or 4 around the table. We visited Winchester - lots to do there for adults and a great city museum for kids. We also went to the science centre. Both about 10mins from the property.

Debbie and Kevin were absolutely lovely, kind, and very helpful. The accommodation was just perfect for the two of us and our dog. Set in very large, pretty grounds of their home, the gardens were very secure and plenty of space to walk your dog. Pretty much opposite their house, are footpaths into the woods and along the stream, which is definitely worth doing. To the left, when you leave their house is a lovely Pub called The Spread Eagle, probably not even a 5 minute walk. We only stayed one night but would have gladly stayed several! Another thing worth doing is the Zig Zag walk in Selborne, great views from the top of a very steep walk up the zig zag steps. We had a really lovely time. Thank you Kevin and Debbie.

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for our work commute into Windsor. Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and Renato was great host.

Beautiful house, in a stunning peaceful setting. Clean with all the necessary amenities. Our kids loved the games room with the pool tables - great for those rainy days! Would highly recommend the house.

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

Loved our stay here. So central and accommodation to fit us all. Host had left us some helpful items which were appreciated and was very accommodating.

We absolutely loved staying in Andy & Anne's place for a weekend away with friends. the location, views and setting were just perfect. We were also extremely lucky with the weather which helped. The house was immaculate. So clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The local walks are great as were the local restaurants and pubs. We have stayed in many Airbnbs around the country and this was amongst our favorites. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

We had another good stay at Vans’s place. Very spacious and quiet property.

We stayed over Christmas and visited a different place every day. All the usual destinations in reasonable driving distance: Oxford, Bampton, Lacock, Cirencester, Bristol/Clifton. About 1 hour 20 from Heathrow. London Paddington to Swindon every ten minutes by train.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay at Emma’s place. The house is clean and modern and lovely to have some bits for younger children to enjoy. Great location for our event and nice to be able to put children to bed and relax with family in comfortable surroundings

We had a lovely long family weekend in this beautiful house. Lots of character and there was space for 10 of us and a dog! Hot tub was a piece of luxury and there was a lovely (although, warning very muddy!) 2 hour circular walk on the doorstep. Although we didn't visit, the pub looked great and we'd definitely make a point of visiting it if we were to return!

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay.
