A beautiful Air B&B home with well equipped kitchen and seating space for all guests to socialise. As our stay was short whilst attending a wedding at the Crazy Bear we didn’t make the most of the facilities but would definitely recommend. Ann was a superb host, responding to queries immediately and offering us a late check out which was most appreciated.

We were 8 adults and 3 young children and we had a great stay. Ann was a great host and really helpful with everything. Would 100% recommend. Lots of amenities and everything is really well thought out and done.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. We had a great stay at Nicola’s place. She provided really useful information before we arrived so we could get in easily and felt right at home. The house was unbelievably well equipped, we cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and toys to suit all of our children ranging from 0-8. The cot and toddler bed were set up waiting and had linen which is so helpful! Nicola was very responsive and friendly. The estate has a restaurant on site, but they recommend booking particularly at weekends. There is an amazing outdoor pool, where we spent most of our time. For the indoor pool you need to be bang on time as it gets very busy! A perfect stay for us. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria and James place. We booked it for my wife’s 30th birthday and it had everything we wanted. The house was very clean and had amazing facilities. James and Victoria were very responsive and helpful. One of our guests left a pair of trainers after check out which they have kindly offered to send in the post for us. We have already discussed booking this house again in summer months to have full use of the facilities with the swimming pool and BBQ. Amazing house and would highly recommend it.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

A really relaxing peaceful place to stay with lots and lots to do . We just relaxed in the beautiful house , the sofa was so comfy , we cooked in and ate in , then watched movies . The beds are really comfy , the showers are fabulous and everything was Uber clean and new Absolutely loved our weekend at Kristy’s house , will definitely come back for longer so we can make use of the swimming pools and spa .

Such a great house for a family get together - well equipped, plenty of room and in a lovely part of the world. Ian was super helpful and flexible to allow us a little bit of extra time before we left. Highly recommend

We had a brilliant stay at the apartment meeting up with family for a multi-generational 60th birthday. Wonderful location overlooking a very private and peaceful lake with super sunsets. Jane's directions were perfect and was a very responsive host. Apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Thank you Jane.

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

Ros and Hugh were great hosts. A very warm welcome and clear explanations on all utilities in the flat and insight into the surrounding area. This friendly couple were unintrusive but reassuring to know they were available in their cottage right next to our flat had we needed help with anything. The flat was compact but well designed with all the amenities required for a cosy stay. The village itself is the quintessential image we'd hoped for an idyllic rural setting. We had a very nice stay and excellent value for money.

We felt right at home in the apartment with everything just as it should be. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and the host friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
