Our hosts were incredibly responsive and satiated our every need. All airBnB’s should aspire to this level of excellence. You feel like a truly welcomed guest and not a business transaction. Which is saying a lot because this power couple owns several properties. We started talking about our next trip, I can’t wait to stay at another of their properties!

Kimberly’s place was wonderful for our larger group. It was very spacious. Photos match the description. We were a 2 blocks from the beach which was wonderful. The house comes with two parking permits but Kimberly was able to provide some helpful info on where to find parking. Street parking was also not difficult to find even on a busy long weekend. Communication with Kimberly was the best. She is proactive with all information and responds almost immediately to all questions. One quick note - there is no dishwasher. Not an issue as this is not listed but putting it on the reviews so other guests are aware. We found no issues as this was listed in other reviews and we were prepared and brought disposable plates, etc. Other than that- Kimberly’s kitchen was completely stocked. Apartment was exactly as described, easy to find and access thanks to clear communication from host, spotless, well appointed with everything needed. Handy location on a main street corner with traffic light (could hear expected street noise but no impact for our group) , felt safe, easy wal (s) to Septa station, Bryn Mawn and Haverford campuses, groceries, restaurants , etc. Would stay again.

Bill was very kind and quick to respond! The house was in a private, peaceful location right by the lake. It was so beautiful to see both from inside the house and outside. The house felt cozy, and everything was as described. It was definitely cold when we went, but there were plenty of heaters going that kept us nice and toasty! We loved our stay here.

Nicole was very communicative when it came to my stay, her recommendations for local restaurants and bars were amazing! She had left a little gift basket for us because she heard me mention it was someone’s birthday which was very sweet! Overall I would definitely recommend her place for a getaway, not super far from the boardwalk but far enough to have some peace

My friends and I were up here for USAT Age Group Nationals in Atlantic City and the house was super close to the race site. Spacious accommodations and everyone had their own room. We had a solid experience at this location. Thank you so much for letting us stay

What a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! The whole place was stylish, cozy, and I immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was massively stocked with extra appliances and a wealth of spices and sauces to get you started. I basically lived in the bay window overlooking a perfect view of the river, and Jeff was incredibly responsive with great recommendations and helpful tips. Super lovely place, I'll miss my cozy coffee mornings watching the boats go by!

I stayed for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. I was in the hometown for an extended period of time and decided on Marja's place. It was very clean, cozy and warm especially after the snow that hit Philly throughout my 6 weeks. Marja was a great host and very helpful. She quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. Overall, I would book again in a heartbeat.

The only downfall was we couldnt stay longer !!!! If i knew then what i know now definitely would have booked more days. More than perfect for our family of 5!
