I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

My stay was everything I hoped for. Descent and pleasant ppl who are on top of there business for starters. The house was very accommodating. Game room, hot tub and bar area was invigorating. Id recommend this Airbnb with no hold up.

If you need a house to shield you from Michigan’s winter while you and 10 friends slowly lose your sanity, this is the place! It’s not fancy, but it kept us warm, safe, and mostly civil for a week. The bathrooms? A daily battle of strategy and patience. With 10 people, shower schedules were tighter than a NASA launch, and nothing builds character like doing the “I-have-to-pee” dance while someone takes a 30-minute shower. The kitchen? Big enough to cook for a small army. The living room? Perfect for games, debates, and questioning why we work somewhere with subzero temps. And the basement? Originally a downside, it became the perfect exile for our most outspoken friend—the one who insisted we weren’t making the fire correctly. They got a taste of true winter survival down there. All in all, the house did its job. Would hide from the elements (and annoying friends) here again!

An amazing place to stay! From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything was spot-on. It felt less like a rental and more like borrowing a cozy retreat from a friend. Highly recommend—and would come back in a heartbeat!

Excellent home in a convenient location- easy to access Downtown Detroit and strong local community vibe of Royal Oak. The pictures don’t do it justice with how much space this home has.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

This home was cozy and comfortable. Just what was needed after surgery. Very quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and well stocked with Kitchen ware, glassware, pots and pans. Even many spices. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

We had a great stay. We had some issues with the dryer but the owner responded immediately and brought us extra linens. Really appreciate her responsiveness.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

We had a lovely time at Liz’s place. The house was cozy! We had everything we needed. The dogs loved the backyard!

OUTSTANDING STAY and Keri was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had…. Communicative, proactive, warm, and very generous. I felt right at home! The Airbnb was in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to just about all places in Ann Arbor. Would definitely stay again!
