Matthew was super communicative and incredibly helpful when we had a small issue when we arrived. He dealt with our concern promptly and reasonably. The house is well located, easy access to Alfreton and beyond. Super clean bedding and towels. Plenty of hot water and heating. There was lots of space to work and relax. It is just as photos show and as described. We would stay here again. We were working from here so unfortunately I can’t comment too much on the fun things to do locally!!

This is a fantastic property. Really cosy, well equipped & feels like a home from home. Location wise it’s great for shops, pubs & restaurants. Louise is also a brilliant host

We stayed as a group of 7 friends for a long weekend. The main thing for us was a decent space where we could relax and catch up, and the living room was perfect in terms of size and seating. The centre of Nottingham is a short drive away and there’s several large supermarkets close by. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Had a very comfortable stay in a wonderful place. It had everything we needed and more. Conveniently located for heading into the city centre or surrounding countryside. Excellent communication and instructions given. Many thanks ☺️

The house was just the right place for a family weekend. Everything was clean and well organised. There's a lovely little park a minute away for younger children and shops were conveniently close. Our host was helpful and the living and dining areas were comfortable and cosy. There's plenty of space for everyone - would definitely recommend.

Dawn was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help us. The house was really well equipped, except for not being enough seats in the living room, but we brought some in from the outside. It was spacious, clean and beds were comfy! We enjoyed the hot tub and the views were lovely. A peaceful spot. Really enjoyed our stay, would use it again.

Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

We had a great stay while we were doing a driving course in Loughborough. The hosts were very proactive, offering us an extra 1 bed apartment, as when we arrived there weren’t twin beds there-which I’d double checked when we booked. Flat was nice and warm, had a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Free off street parking was a plus and it’s easy to walk into town for restaurants and cinema, supermarkets etc. Would definitely stay again if in that area in the future.

Great place to stay in West Bridgford with a lovely host. Close to everything you need (amazing restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and public transport, etc.). Only issue may be parking (small street and not guaranteed).

It was very convenient to my daughters house and my own. My granddaughter and husband stayed with their dog. Very convenient. Will book again.

Beautiful place in a charming town.

Such a quirky and beautiful house with bags of character and the local area was filled with beautiful parks and places to visit.The rooms were well maintained and beds excellent, bathrooms lovely and the kitchen made for a wonderful family heart to the house .

Me and my family had a lovely stay at David’s place for the weekend. A great spot in the heart of Loughborough but still on a quiet road. David was very responsive and helpful.

Great house, bigger and better than pictures. We loved the location as easy to get into town driving or uber and lovely parks close by for walks and nearby shops for food etc. everything in the house was spot on with massive master bedroom with extremely comfy bed! Highly recommend this place and look forward to another visit.
