This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!

Bill and Sandy are so nice and welcoming. I cannot express how thankful I am to them for how they treated our family. My children especially love Cleo 🐈‍⬛

This place was amazing! Even cuter than the photos, clean, well-appointed, and the view was everything I needed…even the firepit and fireplace were match-ready!

Scenic and peaceful getaway! What a gem it is to a have found. My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend for his birthday! The backyard is like a retreat with the firepit and hot tub and the scenic views. Very spacious and cozy! Super accommodating. The bed was comfortable, The living room and fireplace are added bonuses. There is also everything you could need all there, even an iron and ironing board. We definitely are interested in going back again! 25-30 minute drive to the city and most other local attractions.

My extended family had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. All the rooms were clean, airy and cozily decorated. The kitchen was great for cooking as well as having large meals together. We used the huge porch morning, noon and night and the back pool was clean and a relaxing space to hang out. The location is near many small towns with good restaurants, and shops with all the basic necessities are also close by. Farmer Pierre was quick to respond to any questions. We also enjoyed having small interactions with the farm animals, especially the pygmy goats. There was plenty of parking space as well. All the amenities were as promised and we all just had a wonderfully relaxing time.

It was the perfect waterfront house. It met all the needs for my family. Lots of space to spread out in and hangout in. The location is wonderful. We had perfect weather and amazing sunsets. We spent most of our time around the pool or sitting on the deck by the water. No issues with mosquitoes or other bugs. It was helpful that every bedroom had bathroom. Gretchen was a helpful and very responsive host! We can’t wait to go back next year!

My family and I stayed at Todd’s for a visit to Dutch Wonderland. It was fantastic. The house is unique and beautiful. Great movies, games, coffee table books. My kids loved playing in the basement. My husband loved playing great tunes on the record player. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but in warmer weather the back yard would be amazing. Todd was very communicative and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely stunning! The perfect blend of modern luxury and rustic charm, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we stepped off the elevator directly into the space, we felt like we were in a private city oasis. The renovation is top-notch, stylish décor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms are spacious and the two full bathrooms felt luxurious. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Despite being so central, the condo felt peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in the city, this is the place. We can't wait to come back! Would highly recommend!

Liz’s house is conveniently located near Kitchen Kettle Village. The park around the corner was nice to take the family and run around at too. We enjoyed our weekend away.

Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

Beautiful sustainable farm! Our kids loved interacting with the animals and picking and eating the fresh fruits and vegetables from their varied farm. Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts and gave a wealth of farming knowledge and experience. We definitely got a lot more than we anticipated! We all had a lovely stay and hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. The house was clean and comfortable. There was lots of room to gather, and the kids enjoyed themselves so much. We really appreciate that there were games and age-appropriate toys for our little ones. The house was so peaceful and the neighborhood so quiet, we slept really well. So well, in fact, that it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings, even though we had fun things planned for each day. The house is within 20 minutes of shopping and entertainment; that was a huge plus. Kim was a responsive and gracious host. We felt right at home. I would recommend her place to anyone who’s looking for some peace and quiet but wants to be within easy reach of retail and entertainment spots. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit the area, especially if we’re going to Sight & Sound. It was such a quick and easy trip to the theater.

Such a cute and cozy place to stay at. Had a lovely time; it snowed during our stay and it felt magical.

Other than the Flyers memorabilia (Go Caps!) the stay was excellent. Great house in a great location!

This is my fourth or fifth time staying in the Carriage House at the Alpaca Farm, and I plan to come back often. Everything you need for a peaceful, private getaway is here! Lori & Jim are exemplary hosts. The Carriage House is cozy and welcoming. My friends and I cooked a lot this trip and really gave the kitchen a workout! Breakfast in front of the fire was the perfect way to begin our day. All the animals are always friendly and a joy to interact with. The Fall foliage is stunning!

Top notch in every respect. Host is responsive, the apartment is in excellent condition, and the location is ideal. Cannot go wrong.
