A lovely place with a lot of room, exactly as described in the listing! Everything was clean and the host was very communicative, ensuring that we had checked in ok. Great place for our stay as we were working in the local area.

Only a short stay to look around for property to buy. Beautiful beach, free of all the 'kiss me quick' hats etc, just a beach, surf, rabbits and sunsets. Sadly cut short by a vehicle breakdown. Ben and the housekeeping girls were amazing. Thank you. x

Vals flat was really welcoming and homely. Well equipped with everything you would need. Easy walk to the coast (2 mins) and 10 mins to harbour. Lots of nice, thoughtful little touches. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment; exactly as pictured and described. Nice location. Hidden from main streets but very convenient to beaches and other areas. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Dan and his mum Mary were lovely to speak to and very helpful and friendly settling you in Hidden Nook . This is my second year so it speaks for itself

I booked the apartment on behalf of my parents and it was ideal for them. The apartment was clean and furnished well as described in the listing. Easy parking right outside the door and bedroom balcony looking out into small private peaceful garden. All the amenities were a short walk to the bottom of the complex. Easy to get into with clear instructions in regards to the keys.

The property has been completely remodelled and beautifully modernised. It has top quality appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you can think of and the bathroom is super modern. The furniture is really beautiful and very very comfortable. There’s not one thing that I can think of to criticise about this property And the host was very responsive and helpful. I totally recommend!

The apartment was opposite Peasholm park in a residential area. It was very quiet and we slept well. It was nice to have two bathrooms and a choice of two bedrooms. There was ample storage for two people. It looked newly decorated and furnished.

Lovely clean apartment ,had a lovely stay , loads of room for a family of 5, balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy my morning coffee & an evening drink , Peter was very welcoming and very friendly host will be returning 😁

Everything about this place has been so well thought out, right down to the last little details- It was like being in a fairytale! 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little bit different for their stay in York. it's close to the city centre without being too close in a lovely quiet area! We would definitely go back and only wish we had stayed longer.

We wanted a relaxing weekend and we had an amazing time. We received a good welcome from our host and the check in was really easy . The place is exactly as described, nice living room, bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom was really clean which is always a positive. The place is really close to the center with plenty to do and the seafront is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would come back anytime.

My husband and son stayed for one night. They said the place was smart and clean, close to amenities, handy for Olivers Mount. Would reccommend.

This was a lovely stay at the York boutique. Super unique bath and a lovely room for me and my partner. Would defientley reccomend to anyone considering. Not too far away from town also

This location suited us, it was close to the beach, local cafes and shops. It had everything we needed. Parking wasn't easy, no doubt becuase of the time of year, but we manged to park close by when we did move the car. Susan left clear instructions before check in and it was easy to get into the property. We would recommend. Thank you 😊

Return visit to this excellent apartment. Ideal location with free parking and easy walk to City centre yet quiet at night with no street noise. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Good communication from Barry. We hope to be back again soon!

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

had a beautiful say at ESK Cottage amazing views looking over whitby from the lovely hot and dicking area. the Cottage was lovely set out and cosy and in a brilliant location for walks into the heart of whitby. highly recommend looking forward to coming back

The apartment was beautiful well maintained Nice touch with cupcakes waiting in the kitchen Pool sauna and Hottub was a massive bonus

Lovely clean new apartment with comfy beds. Great sea view and my kids loved the pool.

The cottage was exactly what it stayed on the description. Clean, cozy and lots of walkways to take the dog. Brilliant place for families with little ones as there was a park on site with lots of activities. All staff + people visiting the site were friendly and would recommend it.
