What a gem of a place! Diane was a lovely communicative host. The place was absolutely spotless and was beautifully presented throughout. Great powerful showers and comfortable bed with nice smelling quality bed linen. Simply everything was thought about in great detail. Thank you for letting us stay and we will definitely be returning. 😊

Just spent 3 nights at prospect farm; a family of 2 adults, 1 small child & a dog. The cottage & surroundings were perfect in meeting all our needs, we had the best time. We all loved the outdoor space, & meeting the farm residents. The cottage itself was a great size for our family- & a peaceful spot for uninterrupted sleep. Martyn was great in local recommendations- spoilt for choice with regards to places to eat & local walks. The location is an ideal base to enjoy so much in this area, short drive to Dalby forest & around half an hour from the coast. Martyn & his family were so lovely & welcoming throughout our stay, great hosts.

Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in Elliot’s house and were lucky to enjoy fabulous weather. The location was perfect, the town centre was so busy and it was nice to walk the 10 minutes to get a bit of space and great to be able to park straight outside. We enjoyed lots of walks and sightseeing and a few drinks in the Endeavour!

Lovely home in an ideal location. The house has everything you need. Runswick Bay is in walking distance. Whitby and Scarborough only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this home as a holiday let.

Beach Approach House is one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Beautifully clean, equipped to a very high standard, with quality bedding and towels, and so many touches that made it really special. The outside space is amazing, and the house is in a perfect location for beach and cliff walks. Kerry was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and we would love to return to Filey and Beach Approach House.

We loved our stay at Bempton. It was perfect for myself, my three children, dog and grandparents. The cottage was lovely, very clean, well equipped and much more spacious than the photos suggest. Loved walking the dog at Hunmany Gap.

my stay at the Hideaway was absolutely brilliant! really easy to use the lock box. the apartment was so lovely and cosy, really clean too. Great communication with Jennifer all the time, she was really helpful if i had any questions. Great location for all amenities in Scarborough. Parking was straightforward using a permit. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Lovely house in a great location. We have friends in the area and there's lots of places to visit nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and welcome. Would love to visit Sandy toes again and would highly recommend.

Lovely place peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Loved the fresh clean smell that emanated throughout the complex. The appointment was immaculately clean and would definitely recommend.😁

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

Emma's Airbnb was fantastic. My friends and I loved staying in this cozy space for the weekend at Scarborough and wouldn't mind coming back for our next visit. The stay is in a lovely area quite close to the station and corner stores for things that you might need. We also really appreciated the welcome that Emma had given us to the Airbnb. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Scarborough!

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

Arrived following Zoe’s instructions. The home was cosy and like home from home. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely be returning, perfect house in the perfect location

Mary and Michael were great hosts and very helpful. The location is excellent for me as a keen birder. Bempton and Flamborough were within cycling distance. They found space for my bike in the garage. Hut was well equipped. Access to kitchen and bathroom very easy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!

The cottage was very clean and tidy ,well equipped with everything you could think of ,also comfy beds . It was good to have off road parking. The seaside theme looked great. Not far to walk to the beach or Italian gardens so didn't have to use my car . A great place to stay in a great location. I will definitely go back .

Booked a 2 night stay in Rachael’s cottage as a Christmas present for my parents. They had a wonderful time there and exploring Pickering. Things they said: it was extremely cosy and clean with everything you could need. The village of Pickering was super cute and they loved the makers market. My mum even got to ring the church bells lol😄 They felt right at home in the cottage and want to go back to Pickering to explore more of the surroundings!
