We absolutely loved this place. Practical and functional, beautifully presented and maintained, lovely views over the river, quiet and peaceful location. We were able to make various day trips to some superb parts of Tasmania, but The Little Shack itself was one the highlights of our holiday. Carolyn was an attentive, welcoming and communicative host. Highly recommend – we'd be keen to stay here again!

Jacky’s Harry’s Haven was spacious for our 4 guests and had everything we needed. Jacky herself was very understanding of my perfume intolerance and went out of her way to remove anything that was perfumed. She is a superlative host and we all had a most delightful stay. Thank you Jacky. Sue

What a great place to stay . We loved it and highly recommend to others . A fantastic location right on the beach with beautiful views of the water . The place is very comfortable with lots of sun . Beds and furniture very comfortable and had all we needed . It’s a great location to stay , hopefully we can return. Able to do an early check in and check out which was very generous of the host and greatly appreciated .

The perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. The location was fantastic with stunning views, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The beds were great, and there was plenty of space to relax, making it an ideal place to unwind after a long day of work. Although it was a work trip and I didn’t have much time to enjoy the space as much as I’d have liked, I can absolutely see this being the perfect spot for a girls’ weekend getaway. There’s enough room for everyone to have their own space, and the privacy was excellent. The house was spotless, and I loved the beautiful garden and veggie patch, though unfortunately, I didn’t have time to fully enjoy the outdoor areas, such as the fire pit. Things to note: the stairs were a bit tricky to navigate, and a compendium would have been helpful to have some extra details about the property. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, private getaway!

This place was a very cute stop on a road trip. We lucked in with amazing weather, meaning we could swim in the clear water at the beach and inlet a couple of steps from the front door. A well equipped simple beach Shack, Glenys has made an adorable Airbnb with a Tassie beach Shack vibe including an Aussie outdoor dunny (there's also one inside!) Please note the 9am check out time, although our host generously gifted us an additional 90 mins :)

Mole creek Hideaway was such a lovely end to our stay in Tasmania. We found the location great for being able to access Cradle Mt to do some hiking but still had other attractions around the Mole Creek, Chudleigh & Deloraine to keep us busy for our 3 night stay here. The apartment is as described and very well equipped and was presently lovely. The gardens around the property are beautiful and being able to sit in the decking to watch the sunset was special as we had glorious weather whilst staying. Thank you for sharing your hide away with us

Boat Harbor Beach is the perfect location for a quiet getaway and Andrea and Brian's house is perfectly located, only a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The house is modern, spotlessly clean and so welcoming. Andrea & Brian are perfect hosts. We will defenitely stay again.

We loved Rossi’s cozy little cottage on the farm. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Space on the verandah for our bikes. We really enjoyed strolling around the farm and meeting the animals.

Beautifully clean and very spacious. This place was far beyond expectations. I recently booked 2 employees at Ulverstone River Edge for 2 nights and I had a hard time getting them out of there! Would definitely book again

Nice and quite amongst the bush. Bill takes pride in his garden and always on for a chat. Bushy Park relys on tank water, and during dryer periods care should be taken to conserve water. There's a very handy laundromat in Ulverstone if need be.

This is a little gem, perfect for a few nights surrounded by trees. We loved splashing in the creek, and started gazing from the rear verandah. Everything was as described and we had what we needed for a lovely stay, despite a big rainy day. Would definitely recommend staying.

Absolutely amazing place. All the details were so well thought. We loved the veggie garden packed with berries; the hot tub was amazing with a great view; the house was very cosy. We just loved it. What an amazing way of starting our long over due holidays.

It was an amazing and unique stay! We really enjoyed our time here. Use the opportunity to bathe under the milky way! The stay is a little bit remote, so the best way is to bring food with you. The house was clean and equipped with important stuff. All what we would ask for, was there.

This place is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I love the attention to detail in the decor throughout the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable; we didn’t want to get up once we lay down. We also loved having meals and tea in the sunroom! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, slept well, and felt refreshed by the natural surroundings. Stuart and Lucinda are both kind, lovely, easy to talk to, and very informative. Thank you for everything you prepared and provided, including the welcoming basket of fruits and veggies! We would love to visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the comfort of nature.

Jovelyn's family was very welcoming - sharing some of the farm produce and showing some local hidden places. It was a very cosy and comfortable house, set in a beautiful setting.

Just a magical place and ideal for a break. Loved the stay here, I just wish I had longer to really switch off. A lovely host and very generous with supplies etc to make the stay super comfy. Rug up, this is beautiful central Tasmania so you’ll need your winter warmers. Plenty of blankets etc to keep you cosy inside. And that fire, fabulous!
