We had a wonderful stay in the Stal cottage. Lovely serene setting and very comfortable. Eleanore was a friendly host and went out of her way accommodate our needs. Even during power cuts we were comforted to see that the lights in the cottage were rechargeable and this made our stay so much easier. We would highly recommend Eleanor’s accommodation.

Lez is the friendliest, loveliest host on the planet ! I kid you not. She gave a very warm welcome and a lovely cold drink, went down a treat after a long hot drive. Lez knows the area well & gave us so much info on what there is to do near their lovely home, but also further afield. Easy drive to the Cederberg Wilderness. The terrace is a bonus, to watch the sunset from over the mountains, then star gazing in the biggest skies. The pool is a luxury too. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everything here for that break away from the rat race. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Lez for the most memorable place we stayed on our trip around your beautiful country.

We spent our Anniversary there, the waterfall was incredible, we swam in the dam, went back to our cosy cottage, got into the hotub with some champers, looked up at the milky way, counted satellites and had the most unforgettable and romantic wedding anniversary. We will definitely go back. Thank you to the hosts for an incredible experience, what a beautiful location.

We stayed here from. Thursday to Sunday and were very happy we spent 3 nights here. Compared to other nearby areas with vineyards, we found this area to be more relaxed, less tourists, and vineyards with a lot of character and wonderful for tastings and meals. At Seven Oaks we did the wine safari, which is basically tastings as you are taken in a vehicle around the vineyard. This was great for us as we know perhaps less about wine than the average visitor and it gave us an opportunity to get to learn a lot more and see the grapes the wine comes from. The cottage had wonderful WiFi which worked for zoom meetings even when we had two computers connected at the same time. The Turkish bath was wonderful. We visited in the summer and it was tremendously refreshing. We brought our bike and this is a paradise for cyclists. Bainskloof pass, one of the most stunning roads we have biked in, is 5km away. For mountain bikers there are tons of routes within 5km among vineyards.

Amazing place in a peaceful location with super helpful and attentive staff. A definite plus is the ability to do star gazing while at the same time relaxing in a hot tub. Really doesn’t get any better than that

We loved this house right on the beach. Very comfortable beds, beautifully clean linen and towels, and beach towels. Easy to use space, with lots of different areas for sitting and looking at the amazing view. Lovely walks along the beach and a very cold swim which was wonderful.

An absolute piece of paradise this place is!!! will definitely recommend and definitely will return. a beautiful clean and very well maintained property with amazing views and Privacy. a great break from the noise of daily life. Absolutely LOVED IT

Mark and Jules house is beautiful property. We loved how big the spaces and the incredible ocean view. Its very peacefull and walkable to the beach. our family will for sure come back here one day 🥰❤

My husband and I genuinely fell in love with this place! We plan to return several times a year! The house is lovely! Big, spacious , homey, stunning garden! It’s only a 5 minutes walk to the beach! Perfect getaway to recharge batteries and our dog loved it too! We watched the stars at night on the hammock on the balcony upstairs and we loved the indoor and outdoor fireplace and fire pit! lovely area! Highly recommend

This place is absolutely stunning! The house is beautiful and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The only slightly negative comment from us would be that the house makes lots of noise at night! But everything else was perfect, and a great bonus was that we were there on a weekend so we got to enjoy a tractor ride up to the rock paintings, and our son loved the slip n slide with all the kids who were camping.

6 of us stayed here for almost 6 weeks. Location for climbing in rocklands was great. Eugene was very communicative and helpful! Internet was a little slow, might be challenging to work remotely here, but other than that it was great!

The house was perfect for our family which included 2 adults, 2 toddlers, and 3 grandparents. Everything in the house you can need as if you were in your own place. Short walking distance to great beach for kids to play on. Great braai and kuier area. Yzerfontein the town and area is a gem on the West coast and worth a visit.

We loved our stay here, we will be back!

We absolutely loved this place! The interior was stunning, the views from the roof amazing, the beach was perfect to spend days with kids and we really enjoyed having a casual but good restaurant right next door, went there occasionally for breakfast, lunch and dinner but also enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen.

Dorita was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a small issue as to how the remotes worked when we were checking in but Dorita responded immediately to my query and sorted out things out quickly and effectively. The house is well located within walking time of restaurants, main beach and shops. It is well appointed, clean, neat, comfortably furnished with beautiful sea views from the back upper deck. Yzerfontein is a lovely West Coast coastal town with plenty to do and see in the area, including beer tasting at local breweries, gin tasting at an artisanal distillery, an amazing artisanal bakery, beach walks, etc. We look forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay, lovely pool with beautiful views of the vineyards. Delightful private area to braai. Indoors it was spacious and homely. Hosts were friendly and helpful with local suggestions.

What a lovely place! Easy check in and super host! Had a great weekend with fam and friends! Kids and adults enjoyed it! Late check out was AWESOME. Especially if you only stay for the weekend. Makes a huge difference! Loved the nature...all the animals came to greet, was so special!

The Airbnb is beautifully located, right on the beach and absolutely quiet. You have total privacy here and the view every day is breathtaking. There were five of us and the Airbnb was perfect for the number of people. We can recommend it without hesitation.

A secluded spot in the heart of Wolseley. Perfect if you're attending wedding (or other such events) nearby. Wonderful views and the cottages have all the essentials.

Me and a group of 5 friends had a lovely time at Lynne's place. She was very accommodating to our needs and we had a really nice stay overall.
