We always like McCall. Mike and Stella's place is close to town and close to Ponderosa. We felt welcome. The beds were nice. We're a family of four, and sitting together at night was a bit odd, as there are two big (very comfy!!) chairs to sit on in the living area. No room to add seats for the other two members of our family. We made it work by sharing the big seats, but this could be something to be aware of. There is not really a kitchen, but you can make yourself a cup of coffee or heat something up in the microwave. There is a fridge. Stella and Mike had left plenty treats for breakfast, which was nice! If it was just the two of us, I'd like to stay here again. We liked the area as usual, we went cross country skiing at Bear Basin, show shoeing near Gold Fork Hotsprings, went sledding in Ponderosa. In short: we loved it!

We definitely hit the jackpot on our first trip to Alaska by staying at Barry’s place! The views of the mountains were incredible - definitely breathtaking! This was a perfect distance from the city life in Anchorage. I cannot express how beautiful the views of the mountains were from this airbnb.

Great place on the way to LA — Mark and Christina are absolutely lovely and the place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and it’s such a great bonus for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Terryl and Lee's home. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is very close to Banff Ave, with all its shops and restaurants, but it is on a street which was very peaceful and quiet. We could walk everywhere we wanted to in town, and the bus stops were also very close. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful place to us!

Our stay at was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere that made this place feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor, the stunning views, and the peaceful surroundings made every moment unforgettable. My wife absolutely adored the decor and we both appreciated how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a truly special getaway. It’s a destination we’ll be reminiscing about for years to come, and we can’t wait to return someday!

Absolutely amazing experience for the money. It was exactly what I needed to get away and find peace. You couldn't say better things about the host because they were available with clarity every step of the way. I highly recommend a chance to enjoy that Camelot atmosphere. I never would have thought a yurt could be so comfortable on a cold rainy day. Thank you.

Patricia was there to greet us and show us around. She provided homemade cinnamon bread which was delicious, fruit, candies, water, tea, crackers, and peanut butter in addition to what was listed. Getting in and out was very easy. A great place to stay!

Jim’s place was perfect for our week long stay to visit my daughter. Communication couldn’t have been better. Jim is very friendly as is his dog Pixie. We would visit again on our next visit!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Doug and Donna were wonderful and gracious hosts. They made us feel right at home with their warm welcomes and scrumptious breakfasts. The room was specious and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Jasper National Park.

Our stay at Honey Bear B&B in Canmore was epic! Fran, our friendly Canadian host, gave us hiking tips like a trail guru and handed us bear spray—because apparently, elk were in the mood. Yep, it was elk mating season, so our hikes turned into a mix of nature walks and dodging love-struck elk. Breakfast? Fran didn’t just stop at muffins. One morning, she served a full-on charcuterie board. Meats and cheeses before 9 a.m.? We felt like royalty in hiking boots. When Fran was out, Dean, her dry-witted English husband, kept us laughing so hard we forgot we were supposed to be resting. The location? Steps from mountain views so good they felt illegal. We hiked, laughed, ate, and managed to avoid any elk proposals. If you want a place with stunning trails, gourmet snacks, and comedy gold, Honey Bear’s your spot. Just be prepared for romantic elk!

One night was not enough at the blue house. This is an outstanding bnb thanks to Karen’s hospitality & the wonderful, spacious apartment she and her husband have created. Karens generous breakfast was delicious & her home made muffins made for a great morning tea. We wish our stay could have been longer in this beautiful part of BC. If you’re going to Qualicum, don’t hesitate, stay at the blue house!👍

We had a wonderful stay at Dawna and Glen’s place! They were amazing hosts—very welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves, which gave us a lovely sense of privacy. They had tea, coffee, bagels, homemade jam, and more for us to enjoy—such a nice touch. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood where you can even hear the birds sing, and their backyard is super cute and relaxing. We were traveling as three adults and a 10-month-old baby and were a bit worried about night-time crying, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and accommodating—and thankfully, they didn’t hear a thing! The soundproofing is excellent—we didn’t hear much from downstairs, and they didn’t hear our baby at night either. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Sylvia’s Lone Pine Ranch is a perfect getaway not too far from the city! The delicious breakfasts and suppers were a highlight, offering hearty meals that felt like home. Sylvia and Lena’s warm and friendly conversations made the stay even more enjoyable, and the fun animal experiences—like feeding and petting—added a unique charm. The environment was incredibly relaxing; I even finished a book while soaking in a hot bath. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the best part? You can bring your dog! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and fun. Can’t wait to return! I feel like I’ve made new friends.

I had such a lovely stay at the Cabbage! I came to Salt Spring needing a place where I could feel right at home, and was met with such warmth and kindness, I knew I had chosen the right spot. Michelle and Shaun were such gracious hosts, being super flexible, and checking in with my needs to make sure I was comfortable! I love where I live, so it takes a lot for me to say this, but it was a lovely getaway (I especially enjoyed the birds and blossoms and views while sitting on the porch). Highly recommend staying here for a weekend or longer! It was super close to town, which was so convenient for popping in and out, and I loved the location. I am extremely sound sensitive (I live in a cabin in the woods), so noticed the road traffic, but Michelle kindly offered me ear plugs to support. Otherwise, this was such a beautiful spot to land, take a nice bath to unwind, sip tea and eat the breakfast they provide on the porch, and take in all that Salt Spring has to offer. I will be back!

Cara and Mark were great hosts. Their home is clean, they were communicative and friendly, and everything was smooth going. The place is pretty close to downtown San Luis Obispo and is itself in a nice area to walk around.

We absolutely loved our stay in Canmore with Krista! It was exactly what we were hoping for while in town for a few days. This location was perfect for skiing at Sunshine, ice skating at Lake Louise, ice fishing at a local reservoir, and hopping around town to shop and eat. We can’t wait to visit again!

Heather's apartment is clean, quite and comfortable. It is nice to be in Canmore without being in the middle of Canmore, but with easy access to everything. It was better than anticipated, and I had heard good things about it before arrival. Great place to stay when visiting Canmore.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom and Colleen's place! It was located perfectly for us...close to town, yet far enough away to feel like you were out in the woods. Their home was very lovely and homey. The view of the mountains was amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved it! Our host were good about responding to questions I had and accommodated the best they could. Thank you so much Tom and Colleen!

The cabin was cozy and quiet and the hosts were so nice! Calvin is such a sweetheart and we all (including my dog) enjoyed his company. The view from the property was amazing and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. With the location being so central, everything was nearby - close to restaurants, trails and more. Everything was exactly as pictured & we would love to come back.
