This lovely second story apartment was just as beautiful as pictured. It was within walking distance to the University of South Carolina, the State Capitol and shops the dining on Main Street. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio both mornings. Would highly recommend this lovely place for a stay in Columbia.

We had a great stay. We wished the game worked but it’s was great for aesthetics. It was perfect as we had to go to Fort Jackson and it was only a few minutes out from everything we needed.

Very clean, spacious and beautiful place. Host was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. Absolutely great location very quiet and private but also very close to many shopping centers.

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Martin’s home was absolutely beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The home, though older, had a charming, homey atmosphere that we really appreciated. The decor was lovely, and the place smelled wonderful. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and described, with very soft beds, which was a big plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware, and seasonings, making it very convenient for preparing meals. The home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, which added to the overall experience. The spacious backyard, complete with a gazebo, firepit, and paddleball table, was by far the highlight of our stay. It was especially kid-friendly, and my children loved the space and the beautiful rose bushes. The only downside was the lack of a television in the bedrooms, but the amazing backyard more than made up for that. Martin was very responsive to our requests and even made an early morning trip to assist with the request

This was my second time at Jennifer’s and again it was without fail that everything was wonderful. She supplied all the needed essentials, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, detergent. You think of and it was available. The consistency in how and what she provides is incredible. Home away from home makes for a great relaxing experience. Thank you for all that you do.

A few small issues during our month stay were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for others looking for a convenient location near Columbia and Lexington SC

The home was perfect and extremely close to Fort Jackson. The home was clean and well decorated. We had an issue with one of the bath tubs not draining and the host was extremely responsive and sent a plumber right over to fix it.

I’ve stated a few Airbnb‘s, but when I’m in Columbia, the only Bnb‘s that I will stay in are by Cason development. The hospitality and the level of communication on top of the beautiful properties they have are the reasons I continue to return. I was fortunate enough to meet another guest who has told me the same thing. her and her husband only book Cason development. This company gives an experience!!! Not just a stay. You will definitely enjoy. So book now!

Wow, what a great stay. The view is extremely nice with the double balconies. The beds are extremely comfortable the showers get hot and stay hot. There’s so much space you don’t feel claustrophobic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. I really always enjoy my stay with Cason development.

Great little condo! I appreciate the detailed instructions on how to get it with pics. Very very helpful! It was clean, cute decor, and had everything I needed for a two day stay. Just 5-10 minutes from everything from a ton of restaurants, activities like axe throwing, bowling, shopping, and walking around. Loved it!

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

We stayed here while visiting Congaree National Park. It was an easy drive from the park, and close to lots of convenient food offerings. The apartment is extremely spacious. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, the location may not be as ideal for you as there is a Starbucks and gym on the ground floor, but we weren’t bothered by it. Overall a great spot!

Gil was a great host. His unit looked exactly like the photos and exactly like I hoped it would. He was responsive and wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again if my plans called for it.
