Fiona was an excellent host the place was lovely and clean, fantastic view of the sea. Everything was clean and welcoming. Took my Nan to visit unfortunately had to cut the stay short due to my nans limited mobility and dementia but we will definitely visit again with the children! The long beach front was very accessible for the wheelchair a Lovely sandy beach, crazy golf, aqua splash a few local restaurants, outdoor gym, cinema :-) It’s a shame my Nan couldn’t manage the stairs to the living room/lounge at the house so bare the house layout in mind if booking to stay with somebody who has limited mobility. Only nit pick thing I can think of was the tvs were all used via Wi-Fi which we had issues with possibly due to the windy weather affecting signal. Fiona was quick to reply to any questions and more than happy to help with anything we needed :-) overall a lovely place will visit again :-)

We absolutely loved our stay in Daisys cottage! Toys and a high chair for our 8 month old were so useful and the log fire for our evenings in was such a treat. It was fab to be able to walk everywhere in the Mumbles and a short drive to three cliffs one day. Highly recommend the Pilot - what a pub! So welcoming of us with a baby. Thanks Daisy it was the perfect Christmas mini break!

If you're thinking of booking - DO IT! The lodge is gorgeous, with everything you could need for a couple of days. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished throughout and we loved all the small touches. We had a lovely hamper on arrival - a bottle of bubbles and some lovely treats with a birthday banner. The fairy lights created a lovely vibe and the petals on the bed were a nice touch too! The hot tub was blissful with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. If you're as lucky as we were you'll get to experience stunning views of the sun setting and evenings under the stars. There were some board games and books (chess, uno etc), smart-tv with a netflix account for guests to use. Lots of useful info for things to do locally - the heavenly chocolate emporium and Dinefwr castle are worth the visit and minutes away! Shops a 2 minute drive. Gillian was amazing from booking to check-out - friendly, welcoming and available for anything we needed. We cannot wait to return!

We stayed two nights at Little Avalon and it was perfect for our Gower getaway. Great location, perfect for hikes to Oxwich or a 10 minute drive to Rhossili. The local village of Reynoldston is also just a 10 minute walk away. The hot tub was also fun, albeit as instructed it does take quite a bit of time and effort to get the heat going! All in all, it was a fantastic retreat, Jules is a great host and we would recommend Little Avalon to others.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Elizabeth and Steve are the most exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A truly fantastic stay in a breathtaking location, hosted by the most wonderful people. Oh, and did I mention the great view? 🙂

Had a lovely stay with my family, cottage is very cosy and has everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. Local walks, cafe and restaurants that were recommended were lovely too. Hosts are great and community very friendly.

Had a beautiful weekend stay at the cottage, the place was beautiful and so was the garden play area and tree house the kids loved it, also the horse fudge. Leah was a fantastic host, well worth the money she went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful, thankyou again Leah.

Another great break at the house. Great views and a great place to stay. We will be back
