I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The rooms and washrooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The aesthetics of the place were also great—modern and calming, which made for a very relaxing experience. It was also very well-priced for the quality and comfort provided. The only minor downside was the difficulty in getting there due to ongoing metro construction, but once I arrived, the peace and tranquility of the place made up for the hassle. Tushar, the host, was fantastic—super cooperative and responsive throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained spot at a great value.

A fabulous place. We were a group of 13 people across age groups and the place was wonderful for a family get together. Punam didi, the caretaker lives on site, and having her around means that it's great logistically to organise a staycation. She is very helpful and efficient. the place itself is very spacious with six bedrooms and well furnished. lots of nooks and spaces at multiple levels to break out into different groups. overall check in experience was great, the host accommodated a lot of our requests and everything was super smooth. the property does have a lot of stairs though, but they have a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for PPL with accessibility issues.

The property was exactly as listed and we had a comfortable stay. Neha was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended :)

Good communications from our host right from the time of making the booking (via Airbnb). We came via Delhi's great Metro, having arrived on a midnight flight the night before so stayed close to the Airport for the first night. Vinita waved us up from the balcony of the Studio and once we arrived walked us round showing us the facilities (which included free cool water, a washing machine if you need to do laundry); a fridge, good modern bathroom and a gignormous bed which thankfully had a good mattress and soft pillows.

Had an amazing stay at this place! The highlight of my experience was definitely Himanshu – the best host one could ask for. He was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary munchies and the delicious morning breakfast – hands down the best paratha I've ever had! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Our stay at Akhilesh's place was truly exceptional - it felt like coming home to a warm embrace! Akhilesh was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself was beautifully decorated, cozy making our time here truly relaxing and comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a genuine home away from home experience.

The place was maintained very well and conveniently located. I reached this place when it was raining all over Delhi NCR and caught up an allergy. The host went out of the way to help me procure a medicine at very late hours in the evening. I am thankful to them for a restful stay.

Cet appartement est absolument superbe. Le design et l’agencement sont très réussi. Tout est là. Calme absolu. Vue paisible sur jardin depuis la terrasse où le balcon. Pour un long ou court séjour dans le sud de Delhi on ne peut rêver mieux.

I had a slightly longish stay here and at all times, felt right at home. The hosts are warm and friendly, going out of the way to help you. I loved how they offer routine cleanship, laundry, amenities, drinking water, etc. Would love to visit again, strongly recommended if you want to know some great people in the heart of Delhi.

Such a memorable stay! The place had a cozy charm with beautifully curated interiors that instantly made us feel at home. Faraz was an incredibly gracious and responsible host—always there when we needed anything, yet gave us our space. The pool table was our go-to for late-night fun, and the vinyl player with its classic collection? Pure nostalgia. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and personal—this one nailed it. Would highly recommend!

My first experience with Airbnb was the most wonderful . Raja as a host was the cherry on the cake . Always helpful and available whenever required . Although my first experience, he's a gem of a person and the best host one could have . The apartment is every bit the same as the pictures shown above . It gives you the privacy you require and the location is top notch with everything available at walking distance . Prithviraj is a great host! He was always available to us, catering to our every comfort, and giving very helpful recommendations. He arranged for a driver to pick us up from the station and take us to his house in the middle of the night! The place is so un-Delhi like peaceful, we slept like babies. The food prepared by the Prithviraj's staff was amazing! Every meal was a delight, and the staff ladies are so kind, always with a smile! The balcony for relaxing is just amazing - a piece of paradise! The room was comfotable and so was the king size bed.

It was a home away from home.

I stayed at Pravin ji's home while I was there on a work visit and it was the best decision I took. Travelling alone, I felt right at home with Pravin and Anjoo ji's warm hospitality and their extremely comfortable home. The best locality in New Delhi- very safe, accessible, green, close to the Lodhi gardens and the IHC as also all the tourist spots, yet very homely. The room had everything I needed and more, spic and span and furnished beautifully. The best part about my visit was the wonderfully caring nature of Pravin and Anjoo ji each day, especially as I was travelling alone. I felt so much at home and can't thank them enough for this. I enjoyed the conversations over breakfast as much as the breakfast. The chole and the home made pickles were delightful and they were very kind to offer me dinner the day I came. I was travelling for work but it felt like I was coming back home, each day :)

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Vinai! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und alles hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral und man kann viel in der Gegend unternehmen. Falls ich nochmal in Neu Delhi bin komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder!

Archana has a beautiful setup with very welcoming staff. It is no less than a 5 star hotel and all amenities are present. The breakfast provided is also delicious 😋. All in all worth it.
