Great location, lovely space and super clean. Would reccomend.

As advertised the apartment was indeed homely, We cerainly fell lucky booking this place, The location was perfect, with sea views from every window, it was light, well equipped, in immaculately condition and spotless clean, infact the photos undersold it, the rooms were bigger than the photos looked. Although it has on street parking we never had any problem finding a parking space right out side the building. The apartment is just a stones throw from Weston's Marine lake and only a few minutes walk along the sea front to the town centre with plenty of good restaurants along the way.

This is a great find, the location is perfect with Bournemouth beach or city centre easily walkable but also buses to other beaches that stop virtually outside. Surrounded by good restaurants.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Such an amazing place to stay with amazing views! Stayed the night before my wedding with my bridal party and then with my husband and it was incredibly special. It had everything we needed 😊

Lovely apartment within walking distance of great restaurants and easy access to public transport to Bournemouth and other surrounding areas if needed. Very accommodating host, was eager to help us out and personalise our visit, would 100% stay again

A wonderful view of the sea, a beautiful and tidy place, everything is good, close to all activities, and Liz' very respectful and respectable. I highly recommend it.

My family live in teignmouth and have stayed in many places around the area, this is by far my favourite. The house is clean, has everything you need and a lovely view of the back beach. Teignmouth is extremely walkable, and doesn't take long to get from one end to the other. So location wise is perfect. Whilst there is no allocated parking we had no issues parking on the lane, or neighbouring roads. Highly recommmend the cottage, they have used the space well, and has everything and more you may need.

We had a lovely couple of days staying here, perfect for two small families to celebrate the new year! And our younger kids loved the set up in the smallest room. Would definitely stay again

Loved our stay here! The house is modernized, sporless clean, has beautiful design features and felt very cosy and comfortable. Everything was as deacribed if not better and the host has been helpful and friendly. The hot tub is a great feature and the patio is lovely to have breakfast with some sunshine. Location is perfect - very peaceful - you really hear the waves crashing and can see the sea from the upper bedroom windows. The house had all necessary amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay. We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We stayed at Tristan’s beautiful house for 3 nights - 3 generations to celebrate a 85th birthday! It was perfect for us, the garage was a godsend for 1 car & to keep my father-in-law’s mobility scooter in! The location was amazing, a couple of pubs literally on the doorstep, the beach a 1 min stroll. Tristan was great at communicating - there was a little hiccup (nothing serious) and he sorted it immediately. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay.

We have stayed here many times before and will stay again, it is such a lovely place. Brilliant for walking, right next to Chesil Beach. Excellent !!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

Had a lovely stay in Debbie’s beachfront condo! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was also very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

When one needs a stress free, relaxing getaway with no hassles, this property and host gives you exactly that. The view of the sea and estuary from the lounge is simply breathtaking and very therapeutic, watching the boats coming and going as the tide ebbs and flows with the sun setting in the west. Convenient free parking, walking distance from a supermarket and restaurants, the location is superb . Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time, beautiful sunset and sunrise view of the beach from the balcony. I picked and dropped off keys to Sue, she was wonderful and amazing at responding to texts! Overall, was a great stay! Highly recommend.

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

THE best thing about this flat is the view! Absolutely gorgeous 😍 It was a pleasure to wake up to and to return to after a day out. The flat is spacious and has everything needed for a break. The bed was softer than we're used to, but very comfortable. We slept well! Weymouth has a lot going on and there is plenty to do. Good pubs, cafes and shops. Many places to explore if driving and by bus or train. We recommend the Swannery at Abbotsbury. Fabulous to get close to over 600 swans 😊 We really enjoyed our week in Carleys flat and cannot wait to return 😀

Fabulous flat with amazing sea views! The flat was so clean and beautifully decorated, beds were super comfy. Communication was excellent and everything was as described. Perfect position for visits to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Mudeford New Forest etc I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely flat. Well worth five stars!
