We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

James is a lovely host, excellent and clear communication. The flat is perfect base to explore the local area. We had a lovely holiday!

The Bay House apartment was a great place for a short break. The place was clean, bright and airy with amazing views. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and fishermen in the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. Westbay itself is a delightful little harbour town with plenty to see and do on a sunny day. Kiosks line the harbour selling ice creams, fish and chips etc. All in all I would recommend the apartment and the location.

This is a great property in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need is available and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions and communication were detailed and helpful. The centre of Bournemouth is just a short walk. Thanks for having us.

It's a good location. There's lots going on nearby but the flat is quiet. The interior is well designed, making really good use of the space. The sofa bed is unlike any other sofa bed I have slept on: it's very comfortable (and the instructions for turning the sofa into a bed were easy to follow). The flat was clean and everything in the flat was in good condition. Emily responded speedily and positively when I contacted her and always answered my question/sorted out my problem. A great place to stay!

My daughter, 2 grandchildren and myself had a fantastic few days at this lovely place. Just like home from home. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc and beach so near. So nice in top room to have velux windows open at night and hear the sound of the waves. Loved that the garden was secure for 2 year old to run around. Damian answered any questions we had promptly. Hot tub was amazing to come home to after a long day out. High chair and travel cot provided and the games/toys are a bonus. Everything was just perfect and we will definitely be returning. 5 ⭐️

The house is very spacious and in a stunning peaceful location. There was more space at the front, back and inside than the description suggested. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

We have stayed here many times before and will stay again, it is such a lovely place. Brilliant for walking, right next to Chesil Beach. Excellent !!

The house is a comfy, beautifully furnished and decorated family home. As opposed to a house put together for Airbnb. Everything was just how we would have wanted it. We spent a very happy Christmas there with our family and everyone (9 of us at one point) had enough space, with a cozy lounge with fireplace and the quieter viewing lounge.The beds were comfy, the kitchen was amply equipped, we went for coastal walks - perfect.

A beautiful, characterful and charming cottage in the centre of Topsham. Nice and close to Dartmoor, Exeter and wonderful beaches, plenty to do. Recommend eating at the Globe and the Galley great food.

A great find! We had a lovely stay at Carl’s place, which was in a great location. Within easy walking distance to the beach, off road parking, clean comfortable annex with all the comforts of home. Carl was very helpful and courteous, checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome treats were also greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be back - thank you 🤩

We had a great short break away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It is in a great location and would very much recommend others to visit this gem of a place.

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

Would highly recommend. Flat is luxurious and comfortable - wonderful place to sit and read with the most amazing view out over the harbour. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location for exploring the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom very small but fine for three of us for a few days. We would love to stay again if we return to West bay.

Stunning place and accessible to the places where we went. Gorgeous location with a nice view. Would definitely come back! Just a small thing, sofa bed was a tad hard to our liking.

A great few days stay at Tara’s place over the bank holiday weekend. Great communication with Tara (very responsive) and provided us with details on local building work which though didn’t impact our stay greatly was really appreciative. A great location to watch the world go by and our two daughters loved the bunk beds! Highly recommend.
