The place was perfect for what we needed. We wanted our own space to wind down between family get togethers and rest at night. Having our own private space to possibly cook, and relax was great. The laundry machines in suite were a huge win as well.

It’s our second time staying here. During our stay, there were few things we needed to communicate with the owner and they responded very quickly as usual to solve the issues. The interior design of this unit is just as good as another basement unit with different style. Having 2 private parking spaces is definitely a bonus! (1 in the detached garage and 1 on the driveway) The owners are very friendly people and always willing to help if you have any questions. Highly recommended to those who are searching for a convenient location, super friendly host and comfy homelike environment to stay! :)

This place was an amazing place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. Our little furry Steve Erwin felt right at home as well. Good job and one of the best AirBnBs we stayed at!!!

The apartment is in the basement, it is very organized, very very nice, I really spent a very pleasant night in that beautiful place.

I had a great stay at Paul’s.💕 I spent all last summer in AirBnb’s around Edmonton, and I feel like this was my favourite stay to date. This was the specific location I was looking for, and everything was great about the suite. The decor is tasteful, kitchen layout is efficiently set up for cooking and all appliances new. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well each night, which is important to me. I will definitely stay here again.✨✨

The location is very well-kept, highlighting cleanliness in every area. Ample and convenient parking is available, so guests can easily find a spot. The comfortable bed supports various sleeping positions for a restful night. With a private entry, guests can come and go without interruptions. Overall, the atmosphere is warm and prioritizes comfort and accessibility.

Nancy’s place was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need.

The place was nice and cozy. Peaceful easy vibes. Great neighborhood that’s not overwhelmingly busy. Being a basement suite the ceilings are nice and tall. I’m 6’8” tall and had no issues with having to duck also the shower was 8’ high. Perfect all around. It was my first experience with Airbnb and the host made me feel relaxed and at home. Good communication. As a carpenter myself I noticed the craftsmanship of the suite. Well done, contemporary and Beautiful all around. Highly recommend.

Our stay was pretty pleasant. The flat is well furnished and comfy, with helpful hosts that helps with every concern. A small issue is that during our stay in April, a part of the parking lot was closed, and we didn't always found a place to park.

Mihn's place was just as described, beautiful apartment with modern decor. He was an excellent and responsive host, had clear, well laid out instructions to help around the home. We were quite impressed with the provided supplies. Location worked well for us, it was close to all the places we planned to go to. Check in and check out was smooth. Thank you Mihn!

The stay with Blaire was lovely. The place was nice and clean, the bed was giant and comfortable and the couch was perfect for any couch potato. Thank you so much!

Christiana was really nice and responsive. The place was nice but the washer in the unit can be accessed by the tenants upstairs. Aside from that, the place was at a nice location with amenities and the UofA nearby.

I really liked Kathy. The house is clean, cozy, comfortable. The area is quiet, all the necessary shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Beautiful scenic view, felt right at home, home away from home. Will definitely book again. Thank you for being responsive. If you’re looking for a place downtown Edmonton that over looks downtown, this is your place. 😊
