The place was beautiful and clean. There’s always security at the front gate so you always feel safe. The location is perfect.

10/10 The stay at Kamala’s was nothing short of amazing and the place was HUGE, beautiful, spacious, clean. Kamala was very precise with the instructions. Check in started at 4pm but because my flight arrived early she allowed me to have an early check jn. The location was very private and quiet and we also woke up to roosters reminded me so much of back home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back and stay again. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH KAMALA.

I had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s place in Negril! The apartment is perfectly located—just steps away from the beautiful 7-mile beach, local restaurants, and supermarkets. The peaceful setting of the condo complex provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable balcony with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. It was great to have an A/C unit that worked well, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to get some work done during my stay. Patrick was an exceptional host—always responsive, providing helpful tips about local spots, and even checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Negril, and I’d definitely stay here again!

great stay for rest and relaxation but close enough to local beach and restaurants as well as excursions. very peaceful and quiet. Awesome A/C in bedrooms and it was great to have a washing machine and clothing line outside. I was to pack less by doing laundry every few days. overall satisfied with my experience and value. thank you 😊

The posted photos are accurate. The taxis knew exactly where to go. Very quiet, I saw maybe 10 other people during our week-long stay. Couldn’t hear neighbors through the wall. Very clean property. You’ll see the landscapers most mornings. Security is great, very helpful too. Super close to Burger King, Popeyes, little Caesar’s, markets, convenience stores and ATM - all walkable. You could also walk to the beach in about 10-15 min but we took taxis. Didn’t make use of the pool. Moses was super responsive, flexible and honestly caring about our comfort and stay. He checked in with us pretty consistently. The only cons were the bed, which was a bit squeaky…although that didn’t bother us at all. And there’s no separator in the shower so the water gets on the floor. We cleaned up with the foot towels but did laundry pretty frequently to make sure we didn’t stain them too badly. None of that is the fault of Moses though!

Our stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort was amazing. Melds hospitality was great, we felt safe and the location of the airbnb was perfect! The airbnb itself was huge and the rooms met all our expectations. My toddler enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen area was a plus, as we made breakfast some mornings, as well as prepared lunch for our little one. Everything we needed was there (e.g. pots, containers, glasses, plates etc). All in all, an 11 of 10 experience and stay. We will definitely stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort if we visit Jamaica again.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

Nadine's place was centrally located for my visit. It was clean and accommodating. Based on timing of visit after Beryl there was nothing missing as in electricity,water and Internet which was really good. Host was very reactive and accessible. Property came with cleaning services. She was a pleasure to meet.

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!

This was our family's third time staying here. The furniture and description matches. it feels homely, but clean and free of clutter. I appreciate the small touches like spices and cooking supplies available. It's only a short walk to the beach and the pool is also directly in the same area. There are a few choice restaurants about a 15min drive out. they also have some that will deliver. I've only had o e small hiccup in all my stays here and there was quick communication to get it resolved. Beautiful community and home.

If you are more into a non-resort experience then this is the place to experience. The place is nested amongst a quiet residential area. Robert gave a great recommendation for airport pickup whom we connected with and used as personal drivers to get around during our stay. We were able to both enjoy the airbnb and experience local shopping and beach activities. Perfect for a family getaway but still be around local culture.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. The only thing to note is that the beds in the twin room are quite narrow for two adults. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Gabbi was very responsive, and the place was clean. The 24/7 security guard provided an added sense of safety. The location was convenient—close to everything but still on the outskirts, offering a quieter stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Gabbi’s place and would recommend it!

Exactly as described. We particularly loved the immediate access to the incredible beach, which was just steps outside the door. The lush and green garden/courtyard were beautiful and a lovely view for waiting out afternoon rain. The place itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and is simple and clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only downside was that neighbors are close, so if you have loud ones it can be a bit disruptive, but besides one night we didn’t have a problem with the noise. Would absolutely stay again, the beach just outside of the condo is unparalleled.

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

Honestly gorgeous gated community and condo with pool included. The view was amazing and communication was great, we were connected to a great driver while we were there and felt safe!!

As always. Good stay. No complaints. Customer Service bar none. This place will continue to be my go to accommodation.
